In fact, the Arlo Pro 4 camera can be charged with the Indoor Magnetic Charging Cable.

Does the indoor cable of 8ft also resist the weather? Are you talking about the 25ft outdoor or all of it?

Outdoor use of the indoor cable is not recommended.

Is it possible to purchase an adapter from you? In that case, what specs would we need to consider so we can purchase it from another ?

The indoor cable is only for charging and not for continuous use of a camera

In our case, using the indoor cable disabling the camera's functions is no different from using the external cable when charging. The indoor cable is for charging, not for continuous usage. Charge your camera with an outdoor cable if you want to use it while it's charging. They confirmed it to me when I contacted Arlo support.

This is an OEM replacement exterior mounting bracket for the ARLO Ultra 2 security camera

It is of high quality and very reasonably priced. Magnets on the cable lug allow it to attach to the underside of the housing of the camera.

With this cable, you can easily thread it through tight spaces and extend it using a regular USB extender

This charger has an excellent quality cable that comes with it, but the charge cable is very expensive for the moment before cheaper 3rd party cables are available
