This wrist strap has remained in good condition after about a month of use. I prefer to use this instead of wrapping the neck strap around my wrist, and I appreciate how adjustable it is, allowing you to tighten it around your wrist for added security. br>br>In my opinion, it is of higher quality and more comfortable than typical leather straps.
It appeals to me, not for five stars, but for four: )br>It serves its purpose; it's simple, has a good grip, fits the wrist snugly, and makes holding a mirrorless camera a breeze. One thing I didn't like about it was the way it had to be mounted, or I was too clumsy to do it. Anyway, well-deserved 4 stars, especially for the price; to be clear, I give 5 stars for the stuff that makes me speechless, and I'd buy another one if I needed one.
I like the strap a lot. Strong, plush, well-fitting, and attractive. For what it's worth, I didn't use the strap's included attachment ring. The wire had a large diameter and was beginning to bind in the camera eyelet on my X100F. I swapped it out for the Fuji camera strap's free-fitting triangular-shaped wire form. I also installed the anti-scratch leather tongue so that the finished side was on the inside, so that when holding the camera to shoot or simply sitting it down, the finished side would be visible. (2 photos attached).
T3, I figured I'd give them both a shot and see which one performed better in various scenarios. So, I started with this wrist strap because I'd never worn one before, and it hasn't come off since Day 1! This is the ideal strap for wearing on the street. photography on the road! It's PERFECT. br>br> I have 100% confidence that my camera will not go anywhere when it is on my wrist, even with a larger 16mm lens, even with it dangling by itself! The cotton is extremely comfortable, the thickness is ideal, it's simple to clean/wipe down, and there has been no significant pilling or fraying; in fact, it's only gotten more comfortable with use! If I need more security, I love the adjustable slider; it's very easy to grip my camera with the strap tucked between my palm and the grip, providing a little extra padding, or up over my hand. a safe distance away I like that it's low-profile, so I don't have to fuss with folding up a long neck strap when I put my camera in my bag; it tucks in perfectly along the top of the camera! Since the 1960s, I've been an amateur photographer, shooting with Pentax, Topcon, Canon, Panasonic (M43), and other cameras. Without having to constantly access the menu system, the Fuji xt30's user interface keeps me in control and makes the camera quick and enjoyable to use. Image stabilization was built into my M43 gear. Some of my Canon and Fujifilm lenses have effective lens stabilization, allowing me to shoot handheld at slow shutter speeds. The Fuji high ISO noise performance and out-of-camera jpeg images are far superior to what I expected and my previous gear. As a result, I shoot raw far less frequently, and this is the best small format interchangeable camera system I've ever owned. I'd buy it again without a second thought.
I'm not sure how well the rope and pleather will hold up over time, but so far I'm loving it. It has a great look, a great feel, and is very light. So far, on my Fuji X-T1, it feels pretty safe. You can rope it around your lens and tighten the clasp to save space and create a sort of handgrip by dangling it on your wrist. I'm not sure if I'd use it with my Nikon D750 full-frame camera. It's ideal for point-and-shoot cameras and mirrorless cameras.
All of the camera wrist straps on the market appear to be thin, of poor quality, and of short lifespan. I wanted something I could touch, something that was comfortable, and something that could support the weight of my Fujifilm xt-100 camera. It appeals to me. It was perfect in every way.
