When I first took the strap out of the box, I thought I'd received the wrong one because it appeared to be too thin. Well, a week later, I wore it for hours on a photo shoot, and I couldn't be happier. It's very relaxing. I used it for my Sony A6500 with flash and trigger, as well as a zoom lens, which I kept close to my chest. Simple in design, but the quality of the material is unrivaled.
This neoprene strap has slightly rounded edges, which makes it more comfortable around the neck, especially when worn with a tee-shirt. Because of the neoprene, the strap has a nice firm "give" to it, which reduces harsh jolts. The strap's only flaw is that it isn't long enough. As a result, you'll be able to "sling" it around your neck. It is possible to achieve the "style" (left shoulder to right hip), but it is difficult. My camera rests on my stomach when I wear it just around my neck and face forward.
That means it's about 12" from the top of your shoulder after the curve. Maybe that works for everyone with a 4' mirrorless camera, but it's ridiculous for me at 6' 2". Maybe as a child's neck strap for a toy camera, but not as a shoulder strap for a serious camera. It's too bad because it's very simple and would have worked otherwise (I'm not sure how long it would have lasted). Why didn't they make it a total of 6' and allow us to cut off the parts we didn't want? Return in a flash.
I didn't use the rings, but this should be marketed as universal because it can be used by people who aren't wearing rings. Cameras with eyelets are also available. It's very comfortable and the length is just right. There aren't any branding tags or pins to obstruct your vision. Materials that are long-lasting and should not be contaminated.
101 It is well-fitting and attractive, and it is comfortable to wear around the neck. Because the padded part that rests against the neck is somewhat stretchy, it's unclear how well it will hold up against a heavy, all-metal vintage camera. Maybe I should've put it on my Sony A6000 instead! I am very happy. so far.
Overall, I'm happy with the camera strap's quality. It took some time to put together on my Sony a6400, but it looks fantastic, and the cushion is incredible. If you're looking for a high-quality strap at a reasonable price, this is the one to go with.
I'm not even 5' tall, and I'm using it on an Olumpus E-Series camera. M5 Mark iii is the third generation of the M5 model. This strap, however, is very short and fits comfortably around my neck. I'm not sure if it's suitable for someone who is taller.
This was purchased to go with my Olympus PEN E-PL1 camera. I've been using PL5 on my OM-D for a while now, and now I'm going to start using it on my OM-D. D M10 Mark III is a model of the D M10. The strap is superior to the one that came with my camera in terms of comfort.
