Selected User Reviews For CANPIS Genuine Slim Leather Camera Neck Shoulder Strap Compatible with Fujifilm Sony Olympus Lecia, Vintage Leather Camera Strap (Black Color)
The same eBay seller also sold me a Canpis leather strap. For the money, this is a good strap. It's not bonded leather, so it won't fall apart, and it's of good quality, with a wonderful leathery scent and a great vintage color. Others have claimed that the stitching wears out over time, but mine hasn't. I've had mine attached to my Olympus OM for about a year and haven't noticed any abnormal wear. The strap has split rings that connect to the strap lugs, as well as small leather pieces that protect the camera from the metal split rings. It's possible that heavier cameras will be too much for this strap, but it's perfect for my 35mm SLR. But I'm not sure I'd use it with anything heavier. With a heavy camera, the width of the strap can be irritating to the back of your neck. If you're looking for a vintage-style leather camera strap, I don't think you'll be disappointed with this one.
It's all in the title, really. This will not work with a Sony A6000. I'm not sure what kind of camera you'd even be able to use this with- Despite the fact that I've seen photos of cameras with it installed, I'm not convinced. But it won't work with a Sony A6000, which is what I have, so it's a waste of money. br>br>Also, even if it DID work with my Sony A6000, it would NOT work for me because it is ridiculously short; it would be fine if you only wore your camera around your neck like a tourist; it cannot be worn cross-body. Not on a normal adult woman's body, at least. br>br>I'm furious because this is $21 I'll never see again.
I couldn't help myself when I saw that CANPIS was selling this leather strap on Amazon. It's been a little over a year since I purchased my first one from their eBay store. Since then, it's accompanied me on all of my photo trips. The genuine leather strap has lasted a long time. I also purchased one as a gift for a friend at the time, and she was delighted with it. br>br>This one is for my Nikon FM2, which you can see in the photos. The genuine leather neck/shoulder strap is thick and durable, but not stiff or uncomfortable to wear around the neck/shoulder. The strap's length is ideal for wearing around the neck or on the shoulders. I stand at a height of 5' 5". br>br>I adore the retro look, as well as the quality and durability of this strap. In the near future, I plan to purchase a few more for my TLRs.
It appears to be of good quality. However, because I am only 4'11", this strap is too short for me. It's possible to wear the camera on one shoulder, but it's not possible to wear it cross-body. without the camera being in an awkward position. (It also works fine if you wear it around your neck like a tourist, but I prefer not to carry my camera that way. ).
It's the perfect size for my Fujifilm X-T1 camera. T30 does a great job. It's a little stiff out of the box, but I'm sure it'll soften with use, just like leather does. I would strongly suggest it.
The strap is a five-star product in and of itself. The leather is of excellent quality. The snap rings, on the other hand, are too thick to pass through the eyelet of an XPro3. To make it work, you'd need to swap out the rings. I'm not going to return it because the strap is nice and thinner rings are easy to come by, but I shouldn't have to in order for it to work.
It's simple to set up cause. It's a strap, that's what it is. All of the negative feedback from people who can't get this to work on their camera makes me wonder how many people have made it to adulthood! Replacement split rings are less than $ if they don't fit your camera. Any hardware store will charge you $50. The strap came with adapters for quick release clips and a string that should fit ANY camera connector, even the smallest; great product quality; I could smell the leather as soon as I opened the box; I'm getting one for all my film cameras!.
T20! On my Fuji X-T1 it looks great. T20! The price is reasonable, and the quality is excellent. The connections are strong and simple to make, thanks to the included tool. Although I do not use the small plastic quick connectors that come with this strap, they are a nice bonus. It's the same length as the X-Men's strap. T20 kit.
