Questions & Answers

Is the 'mix' for these ferrite beads, which you mention, over 5% ferric chloride? What do you think? Can I mix 31, 43, 44, 61, 77, or what?

Unfortunately, I have no idea what number the mix is. It seems to work fine after I put four to five beads of a larger size on coax feedlines to work with ham radios.

Is it possible to use these for a 3? What is the diameter of the double coil wire in 5mm?

You need three of these cores, which come in various sizes. A 1 mm hole accommodates a 5 mm hole. It is recommended to use a cable of at least 5 mm. The maximum diameter of the core should be 5 mm, and if this was not adequate, you could use 5 mm core, which can fit into the 3 mm core. There should be an option for cable no less than 5 mm in each of those two cores, and I believe the cable you have should fit well in any of them.

What frequencies are absorbed by these?

How long a cable they are used on also depends on the size of the cable. In this case, your cables act as antennas, receiving and transmitting In some cases, you may need to use more than one unit on your cable to reduce/eliminate the annoying

Is there any way to block my audio from leaking into them from a nearby radio station?

The distance to the transmitting station and its strength determine the strength of the signal. If you clamp these onto your speaker leads, you may be able to minimize or eliminate radio frequency interference on your system. In cases of very strong signals, it may be necessary to take more than one.

Installation is simple and buzzing is no longer an issue! A few attempts online revealed an interference and cord issue on my computer desk area
5/5

After experiencing some mild, yet annoying buzzing, I did some research and found it likely to be caused by interference and It recommended that I get ferrite-core cord noise suppressors, which I have no idea what it means. Due to the fact that this variety pack had so many different sizes, I went a little crazy and put one on every cord at my desk instead of trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. Any cord I can find is cluttering up the cords, whether it is on the mouse, the outlet plugs, my headset, or the printer. I guess the buzzing has gone away! (Another thing I noticed was that the charging cable for my Lenovo laptop has one of these already built in, as do most PC laptop chargers. ).

I gave your service 5 stars for fixing my LED light radio and Bluetooth static on my 2014 Honda CR-V To put on my Honda CRV 2014, I invested in some extremely bright LED lights
5/5

The wireless signal on my iPhone was excessively staticky and I was unable to make good quality phone calls through Bluetooth on my iPhone. The problem was solved when I put 12 of the 20 ferrite core rings on my wiring for my headlights. It is unlikely that I need all 12 of them, but I just wanted to make sure there would be no problems with them and that I have no other need I have not made any changes to my radio stations since they all work as I think that this is a fantastic.

I couldn't get it to work
3/5

My DAC/AMP was causing high frequency interference on my PC so I bought these to solve the problem. Almost all the information I read online claimed that the problem was caused by a grounding issue (which I discovered by touching my computer case as that would alleviate it), and multiple sources also claimed that a ferrite core would resolve the problem. It goes without saying that these have no effect. have tried multiple USB cables, I have put a core on each end, and I have even tried snapping one onto the actual headphone cord. There has been no change to the amount of interference, and it continues to be audible.

It did not work for canceling radio interference caused by LED headlights
3/5

A kit with all sizes comes with the kit. In my mind, I think there should have been enough of four of the size I needed (two for each side) to fit the wires on my headlights. The employees helped with the FM noise while the vehicle was in park, but the noise returned as soon as the vehicle was accelerated. Adding more was not an option for me. In my case, I did not want to overload my housings with LEDs due to space limitations and the issue of heat caused by the bulbs. In any case, more than two on each side look and are ridiculous.

I didn't fix any problems with my CB engine or vehicle I bought these without any thought of using them for the reason I did
3/5

I cannot receive cb radio through my Jeep because they don't stop unwanted noise from running through it. Until I start the car, I have little to no noise in the cb reception. But when I drive with it on, the noise gets worse. Will have to come up with something else.

I love it
5/5

A few edits The problem seems to have been reduced quite a bit after adding a few extras to other cables, and repositioning a few. I loved the variety and number of cord accessories I found at this site, at a great price, all of which were easy to use and fit perfectly with every cord I have. EMI is suppressed if they actually do so? Anyway, I'm not exactly sure if that was the cause of my issue, so I don't know what to tell you.

Unfortunately, they were unable to solve my issue perhaps they will for you as well

In my truck I installed LED headlights and got static on the radio as soon as I turned them on. Using these products will reduce static and eliminate it, according to the manufacturer. I got LED headlights that did not work as expected, so this is likely caused by the LEDs that I purchased.

I was very pleased with the results
5/5

A pair of LED headlight bulbs just arrived in the mail for my car. There was EMI interference with the radio caused by them. On this website, I read about installing them on the headlight bulb wire, so that interference would be eliminated. The interference was fully removed once the devices were installed. I found the system to work.
