I came home from shopping to find that the air conditioner was broken. Because I had one at home, I was able to get the AC up and running within a half hour. After that, I ordered a new one to replace it. You must discharge the stored energy from the old one properly or you will receive quite a shock from the new one.
Without hiring an expensive contractor to come out and fix it, I did it myself. As soon as you turn on the power supply, it works. I've been running it for a month now and haven't seen any problems. The only thing you have to do is match it up with the old one in the unit like I did, and there should be no issues. Whenever you are doing something yourself, watch a few YouTube videos on how to replace a valve if you're not familiar with it.
I was unable to start up my central air after I fixed the problem. Running now feels cool and comfortable. There's nothing to worry about.
Everything worked out perfectly according to the specifications.
As a replacement for my heat pump's capacitor, this was an exact match. With a $40 internet search on "how to diagnose a heat pump problem" and $15, I was able to fix my system without having to call a service technician. I'm with you!.
As a spare unit, I try to keep one with me at all times because it is the easiest one to replace and is most commonly faulty.
As described in the description. Please accept my sincere thanks.
The one that replaced it was similar in size.
