This item was the subject of an excellent review that I wrote at the time. My previous review is currently being revised. My first one was defective from the moment I got it. I received a refund and was able to place a new order. I assumed it was a faulty item, but I still considered it to be of good quality. A second one was placed in my shopping cart. My first one had a lot of adhesive on it, and I couldn't get it off. After a few weeks, it had completely disintegrated. I received the replacement but have only recently begun to use it. It's almost completely devoid of adhesive and continues to fall off. I didn't use it right away because I was in the process of buying a new car. When I contacted Amazon Customer Service, they only offered me a ten-dollar credit because I had waited longer than they would have allowed. That's roughly half of the price I paid. Because of their product negligence and Amazon's return policies, I would advise you not to order this one. br>I spend a lot of money on Amazon, and I've been doing so for a long time! I rarely have problems with my orders, and I don't return nearly as many as I should. I'm not sure why I didn't get a special treatment for this item because of my patronage or circumstance. I guess the focus has shifted to money rather than customer service. In the future, I'll think twice about what I buy. Thank you for your time and consideration. br>.

I reverted to a windshield suction cup, albeit reluctantly. The main reason for this was to maintain stability in a market where the vent and CD holders were struggling. Although the "long arm" with extension is fantastic and a brilliant design for different windshields and eyesight issues, there was some "give" in the cup when I affixed it to the windshield. That is, the holder wasn't completely suctioned to its own surface. This meant that every bump in the road caused the holder to shake. to an unacceptably high level The phone (in said holder) shakes far too much as the arm moves with the road bumps. It's fine for people who don't care, but I've been looking for a phone holder (windshield, vent, or CD) that doesn't bounce during the rough ride my truck provides-- At the very least, not in the way you might expect. The suction is strong, and the extendable arms are exactly what I was looking for. For the underserved, there are more options. Seeing is the same as being perfect. I couldn't stand how much the arm bounced from the "noise" of the road. br>br>Due to this, I'm deducting one star; if the arm could fully seal to the cup without much play-through, I'd give it a higher rating. I'd be willing to participate. Aside from that, I'm a huge fan of the design. Extendable (front-to-back) backwards) is looking in the direction of the future.

For almost two weeks, I've been using the product. It was far superior to my previous phone holder, which had a flexible shaft. I didn't like the flexible shaft because it caused the phone to shake and the suction eventually failed, but this one stays put and doesn't shake. One piece of advice I can give you is to plan where you want to stick the suction because it will be difficult to adjust once you peel the clear plastic sheet off and stick the suction on the car window. This is due to the phone holder's extremely tacky suction. This product appeals to me, and I would purchase another in a heartbeat.    .

On the dashboard of a Nissan Rogue, I installed a phone holder. The dash has a texture to it, but this product adhered to it without difficulty, even with a case and a pop socket on the phone. I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 smartphone. So far, it's been a great product; my only complaint is that it doesn't come with instructions on how to use the suction mechanism. However, if you look through the pictures on Amazon's product page, you'll find instructions. br>I don't use it with the arm extended, and I have it set up in a flat position for the best grip. Although the arm can extend quite far, I don't require this feature in the installation position. Also, engaging and disengaging the phone's hold has been a breeze for me. In general, it works well with my phone.

It earns three stars for doing its job, which is to keep my phone safe. The ability to function It's kind of a bummer from a logical standpoint. It has stuck to the window without issue, but one of the joints that holds my phone in place does not appear to be able to support the weight of my iPhone11, so it rests on my car dashboard, whereas I would expect the phone holder to support my phone on its own. Placing the phone into the holder to lock it in is simple enough; there is a button trigger that automatically locks the phone into place once it reaches the back of the holder, which was convenient. Removing the phone from the holder, however, is clumsy and awkward; there are two pressure "buttons" that you must press that literally drop your phone out of the holder. If you remove the phone with two hands (both on the buttons), someone else should be attempting to catch it before it falls to the ground. I've taken the phone out with one hand a few times, but the holder's stability is questionable, so I usually need two.

I was really looking forward to getting this because I work as a doordash driver and it would have saved me from having to hold my phone while driving. When it arrived, I was overjoyed, but my joy was short-lived. After cleaning my windshield, I placed it on it, and when I returned outside an hour later, it had fallen off. I put my dashboard back together after cleaning it. My husband was driving to work the next morning when he encountered a snag. The phone stand was knocked over once more. To use it at all, it appears that I will need to glue it to my car. I'm very dissatisfied with the amount of adhesive on it and how poorly it adheres. I would not recommend this specific phone stand; instead, I would suggest a different phone stand.
