It would relieve neck pain if I leaned my phone on my shoulder while typing and I had the headset at my desk where I can rest it on my shoulder while talking. I have a Mitel Superset 4025 telephone, and I purchased this headset since it was compatible with my telephone model. I bought this headset because it had a great rating and was much less expensive than the last headset I bought, which had a 3 star rating. It stopped working after only 4 weeks of use, so I returned it to the seller. My favorite headset is this one! Despite sound blocking earpads and being comfortable to wear all day, the headphones block out back ground noise. There was a small problem with callers not hearing me, so I contacted Customer Service by email (the best I've ever had) and Sunny asked me a few questions and this was determined to be a requirement for a microphone amplifier. In the end, Sunny sent the part I needed in 2 days, but I still had trouble with it, and Sunny continued to work with me until the issue was resolved. The phone's volume only goes so high, but I would like an extra control on the headset itself as well. Another word of caution if you use a slitter, it will mute the mic sound, so anybody on the phone won't be able to hear your voice.

When there are a lot of people working at a call center, it can get pretty noisy. My problem was that the headsets they provided were OK, but some calls were too loud to hear. The volume is still very loud even with all the way turned up. My problem has been solved by these. The volume has actually to be turned down a bit now so I can hear callers.
