There is an excessive amount of spam and robocalls coming in. This call blocker has been a huge letdown. We're still getting those annoying calls despite the fact that we've filled up way too quickly.

Sorry you have to deal with people who don't respond to questions. It's a fantastic product. They changed the button's name from Remove to Delete, which was unfortunate. Find and delete the number you want to unblock. I sometimes have to hit twice, after which the Block word should be removed and the number should proceed. Easy.
Its garbage is obstructing everything.
