Product Description

Is it possible to block SPAM names automatically? There are also trillions of fake numbers, V+ numbers, and millions of other fake names. This application blocks millions of scam numbers that are already preloaded out of area, private, and anonymous.
Automatic caller identification cannot be accomplished without Caller ID Name and Number Service. As soon as a call rings in, block it instantly with One Button Blocking. You can block calls remotely on your phone by dialing *2#. VIP status should be able to ring through any blocked call with a [V] type designation.

Questions & Answers

Would you have to search through a very long e-mail list to find it?

Your caller's number may still appear in your Call History, in which case you simply need to unblock Then use the * key to remove it if it is not already there. If it is not there then you must enter Code 98 then that number then *. You can get programming by picking up the phone connected to the ProSeries blocker, dialing # # and waiting for the Beep, followed by dialing 98 [the number] then * and you will hear two Beeps showing that the programming has been

The number of numbers you can manually block before an older number is deleted is based on how many you can block manually before it is full?

As long as the ProSeries II is connected to a computer with a Virtual Memory device, 800 numbers, area codes, wildcard strings or any combination thereof are stored and older of these numbers are deleted continuously. Nevertheless, if you manually enter the items with code 40, these entries won't be deleted from the auto-delete function, and will remain on your system. According to our past customer experience, the blocked number storage has not yet been fully utilized by them since over 5 years ago. The 800-number allotment is more than sufficient to satisfy your yearly storage needs, especially if you already block millions of numbers known to be out of area or otherwise not able to be contacted.

There is a block on calls out of the area in the manual. This means that I won't be able to receive calls from outside my area code?

A block of Out of Area on its own is not sufficient. The override code 76 can be used if all callers from out of area are to ring through. Despite the Out-Of-Area designation, calls from all area codes will ring through just like they do now because they have the person's real name and number instead of Out-of-Area. In addition, if they do, then you can use the Invite button to override that blocked number even from outside the area.

The original Digitone model I have is My block list is full, and I'm getting a message about it. Can this one do the same as the first one or is there a way to fix it?

In order to prevent running into Full issues again, you can enable Code 46 to begin removing really old numbers from the beginning of the block list. This will unblock the system This method can be enabled at any time, so you can again block numbers. If repeaters continue to be harassed by numbers, it can just be put in the non auto delete list with the key code 40 [Number] * so it won't be deleted via the code

Selected User Reviews For Digitone ProSeries II Call Blocker for Landline Phones - Automatic Blocker of Millions of Pre-Loaded Blocked Names and Numbers with Large Back-Lit Display

Digitone has yet again delivered a standout call blocker
5/5

With the new ProSeries I interface and virtually unlimited blocker capabilities, the ProSeries I has been improved. With a bright backlit screen, this blocker may be one of the few (if not the only) to allow blocking on weekends and weekdays after hours, with user-configurable restrictions With preset times, name blocking, automatic OPX blocking, blocking whole area codes (for overseas spammers), real first-ring suppression, working with and enhancing Nomorobo call service, and user-defined blocking rules, you will deter telemarketers who move their numbers. A variety of options can be changed with just a few clicks of the mouse. The User Manual is quite detailed, and the multitude of codes can seem daunting at first, but I haven't found a call blocker that is as effective or as configurable Since I have been using Digitone products for a long time and have tested about a dozen others, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stop the never-ending noisy hum of the never-ending computer. We receive an endless stream of telemarketers and unwanted calls. This book is highly.

It hasn't been a while since I've heard from you
4/5

It is encouraging to hear that! It was for no other reason than being able to call 911 in an emergency that I went ahead and got another landline a few months ago. A PERSON -- my son -- has the landline number I gave her. At the very same time, AT&T & Co. My T-mobile number was activated after I had not been able to get services We don't want to be contacted by marketing. My Panasonic phone after that day had so many marketing calls that I had to delete some old numbers. Since that day, I have received so many marketing calls that it has filled the 300 blocked caller list. That this is being allowed to happen is absolutely disgusting. Don't even think about being on the Do Not Call list (it's a joke! not noticed by these Therefore, as usual, the burden for stopping annoying phone calls falls on you, the consumer. The Digitone ProSeries II Call Blocker is the result. It was just two hours ago that I received it. All in all, it took us about 20 minutes to connect it all. I had to spend another 20 minutes figuring out how to set the clock on the computer. Here's a hint The clock is automatically set when you call your landline from your mobile (or when you make any other call). A manual setting is not possible. You must NOT unplug the device or that step will have to be repeated. If you want to know how I know that, just ask. In your VOIP phone, you can manually program the date and time by using Code 95. 95, 2 digits of the year, 2 digits of the month, 2 digits of the day, military time, and * to save. Example Here are the date and time for today (August 23, 2020) The time is now 00 PM Enter The following is the text of a document dated 1905. If you do not have a mobile phone, this is a little more convenient than having to call your number. As I do not want anyone to be able to call me on this landline, I programmed the "Global Call Block. ". This blocks all calls except from the number you set up for "invitation. " I invited only my son and DIL. There should never be a ring on my phone I do the happy dance whenever I see my son or daughter-in-law. As soon as it happens, I will update this review. Here is my one huge negative -- and one that I hate most -- Digitone restricts their customers to downloading and printing their manuals if they want to learn how to actually use their products. I had to print 15 pages of each. One more corporation oppresses its customers by making them waste THEIR TIME, THEIR INK, AND THEIR PAPER by forcing them to print their freakin' manual themselves rather than paying a printing company to do it for them. A new business practice like this is HORRIBLY wrong and it angers me greatly. If you need to program something on your Digitone after you download something on your phone or computer, you can just leave the download on your phone or computer. You would be surprised at just how many people do not own a smartphone or a What this new method of doing business represents annoys me to no end. It is unethical to use my ink and paper for Digitone's product, which is too expensive. It is outrageous that they do this and are too cheap to print a manual. That is not how I want This review will be updated if I ever hear my phone ring again. There should be no such thing. *I am here in the process of editing this review, so I will update it once I have finished I receive no phone calls from anyone, but my son and DIL are able to reach I was expecting it to work exactly as I imagined.

There is no call blocking with this! My previous step before purchasing the Digitone ProSeries II Call Blocker was to call Digitone tech support, as I had some questions and wanted to make sure they would be available
4/5

I was reunited with the technician, who responded to my questions and calmed my concerns, contrary to some of the reviews indication that Digitone could not We are seeing an increase in robocalls and scams since we installed the Blocker.
The device blocks calls, which is a very welcome change from the daily robocalls and scams we received before. I would like to point out one small issue In my testing, I found that it appears not to block calls if the red button is pressed while a call is in progress or when it is Once the call is done, I will review the call history, click the red button, and then wait for the call to end. The name will be blocked after you tap the button for a block and then press and hold the button until it says "Release Button", at which point it will be blocked. When you want to block a number, you hold down the button for a few seconds, and then repeat the process. The manual did not make this clear to me even after reading it. This is why I gave it one star less.

The call blocker on my CPR phone has been replaced
5/5

For several years, I have used a CPR call blocker Generally, it works as advertised Over the past couple of weeks, however, I began receiving 2 There were four "Unavailable" calls per day, and the only way to stop them was with CPR call blocking. I now have a Digitone ProSeries II that blocks both numbers and names. My caller ID and I simply blocked the name "Unavailable" when I received the call and no other calls have come through since. In the past few days, I received an ID for an "Invalid Number" that I was able to block as well. In general, I am quite pleased with the unit and would buy it again if possible.

It's a great product Anger-inducing callers are no match for us! Over the past several months, I have received less than 5% of the amount of telemarketing, political, and scam calls I had previously received
5/5

Contact can be avoided in the future with the push of a button for any calls that are not removed from the screening process. There are several features on this call blocker that can be programmed for just about any telephone setup, and the user manual (full version) only exists if it is downloaded. The number of features on this product can be overwhelming when trying to learn them, but a "quick setup guide" is provided. Setting it up is very simple, and most users are going to be able to get it to run with the default settings. The purchase was a great deal for me.

Inline blockers aren't going to work, as most of them don't
3/5

The AT&T smart phone series is one to watch. Caller I was a really annoying caller and I was looking for a blocker that could block it. This is what I found. In my AT&T account, I set my personal data to "A" If you want to use your answering machine with ID display before answering, wait at least five rings before answering, read all the instructions carefully, and connect all the cables. Next, you'll need to pay attention to. When I called my landline with my cellphone, the red light flashed and the AT&T prompted me to enter the number Although my name appeared on the TID, I did not hear any ringing.
I bought a new inline ringer and picked up the phone again. Despite this, the ringer continued to ring and ring, but the answering machine never went on. After carefully reading through the manual, I was able to complete the assignment. A group of totally irrelevant responses came up when I asked a question on Amazon. I am still looking for the ideal blocking agent. The situation has altered a little. He is now poorer and more.
