I don't think there's any reason why it shouldn't be done.
It will, in my opinion. I went to the Panasonic website to look for a battery for your model, and it appears to be the same one I bought. I hope this has been of assistance.
I bought two batteries about a year ago and they work fine on my phones; I'm hoping they're compatible.
Anyway, I won't be able to respond to that, but it does a fantastic job on my home phone.

I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you can see this exact battery on the back of your phone. My cordless phone is powered by a green Panasonic AAA battery. Most Panasonic phones should work with this item, according to the description. Because it's a Panasonic AAA NiMH battery, you'd think it'd work. It is ineffective. I'm afraid I won't be able to get it back now. I was beaten up. I don't recommend buying this hoping it will work unless you have this EXACT battery in your phone. It won't. After that, you'll have been punked as well. You have been forewarned of this danger.
I put the batteries in yesterday and let them charge for 24 hours, and now my phone is flashing 'Use rechargeable battery' and making a clicking sound when I get home from work. To be sure, I tried them on a different phone. in the same way Clearly, the product is defective, or it is not a genuine Panasonic product for my Panasonic phone. BEWARE OF THE BUYER.
The charger was "confused" because the batteries arrived uncharged, and it assumed that either there were no batteries installed or that the charger couldn't supply enough current to charge the batteries. As a workaround, I put one old (green) battery and one of these new (orange) batteries in the phone and charged it for a few hours at a time until the new battery was fully charged. Then I repeated the process with the other new orange battery. This method should be used with caution because it has the potential to overcharge the old battery, causing damage or even a fire! Try it at your own risk! However, once the batteries are fully charged, they appear to function normally.
Replaced five-year-old batteries with newer batteries that perform better. Everything appears to be in order until the error message "use replaceable battery" appears after charging and covers up the normal screen display. To get the screen display back to normal, you'll need to unplug and reseat the new batteries. Then everything is fine for a while, but the error message always reappears after a while, making it useless.
I needed to replace the Panasonic cordless phone's two rechargeable batteries. I placed a two-pack order for this battery. It was claimed to be rechargeable for a Panasonic cordless phone, so I bought it. The originals in the phone were green, and this one is yellow, but the rest of the descriptions are identical. This battery, on the other hand, is not the same as the previous one. Even if the battery is fully charged, phone calls will go dead after a few minutes.
Our cordless phone stopped working, and we realized it was because the rechargeable battery was dead. I'm so glad I found this battery (which is the same brand as the one that came with the phone) because it's exactly what I needed. – Panasonic – The phone is now working again after purchasing it on Amazon for a reasonable price. Whew! I am pleased with my purchase.
I placed these in my Panasonic dect portable handset and charged them to 100% overnight in the handset charging base . They were down a bar of charge after three days. I took them out and examined them, as well as measuring the voltage, which came in at 1. 39 vdc. When I reinserted the batteries, the phone indicated that they were charging for about a minute before prompting me to use only rechargeable batteries. These should be rechargable - On them, it says it all. I changed the batteries in the handsets and the charging bases in the handsets - These batteries were the source of the problem. When I attempted to return them, I received the following response: They're obviously broken - I receive a message stating that they are not returnable and that there are no other options for replacement, refund, or communication.
It's either my phone or the batteries that aren't working; They won't be able to hold a charge for more than a few days; Nothing happened after that. Batteries do not have a recharging capability. On the cradle, there is a charge.
