I remember that they included the URL for HP's site where they provide instructions on disassembling and installing the components I initially had some difficulties understanding some of the instructions, but I figured it out, so it wasn't really a big deal. It was easier for me to do the parts in the back of the printer lying on its side, as they could be viewed with the printer laying on its side. I do not recall the instructions suggesting it, however, I suggest removing the toner cartridges before tipping the printer. I wish you the best of

You can find videos on how to fix HP CP2025 on YouTube. Getting off to a good start! Repairing a printer worth 1000 dollars for 20 dollars in As a MAIN printer, I used this. From the same company, I then got a TRAY 2 roller kit so I could fix Tray 2 too. There are some key points in this YouTube video. For the main printer as well as tray 2, the fix time was 1 hour.
The main step is to use the onboard menu to access the 2ndary Services menu, and the rollers will be angled at the angle necessary to swap it out. Once that had been done and it had been fiddled with. Taking care of business is easy.

Eventually I found out how to install them, the instructions were not clear, but I got the job done.
The quality of OEM products. There are no issues whatsoever. The YouTube video on how to replace/install all can be found on that site. It would be nice to get written instructions but the YouTube video shows how to do it very well.
The price is fair for the quality of the product.
