As I didn't want to invest $40+ on one branded cartridge, I still experimented with this. It seemed too good to be true that four of them would be available for a third of the price of the "real thing," but, after printing about 10 labels so far, I have had no issues. I'm glad I went ahead and purchased them.

Since tape replacements were so expensive, I hesitated to use my label maker. Now I label everything because I feel that it is a lot more effective than handwriting. As long as this product is available, I will purchase it.

These are the ones that I use in my It is an easy-to-use label maker which I have never encountered a problem with. The cartridges I have used have never failed! I have used at least thirty I will be able to save a lot with my Brother printer over using name brand labels.

It worked well in my brother "label maker" when I used the TZe label cartridges by Labelife (12mm). A comparatively high price for Brother label cartridges caused me to shun using my label maker in the past. It was actually just as economical to buy a brand new label maker that came with four new ink cartridges as it was to buy the brand name replacement cartridges by themselves in the Although everything has its tradeoffs, these tapes (labels) from Labelife seem to be a bit thinner than regular tape and removing the paper backing from the adhesive is a bit more arduous than usual. As a whole, though, it's hardly anything I can't handle, and I can see no difference in the finished label when compared to what I was able to create using the previous method. The Labelife team has helped make my label maker more affordable for me once.

Except for the label on the cartridge, the cartridge appears identical to the Brothers brand. All are the same when it comes to quality. As written in the directions, the green spool needs to be turned until it is It never became tight even when I turned it in the correct direction following the instructions. I installed it and it worked from the very beginning.

I pulled the first cartridge out of the package and it was junk, and the second one worked fine. I have a 6 pack and have not tried the remaining It's not the first time I've used knockoff cartridges. When it comes to curiosity, I disassembled the old empty cartridge and then replaced the new one. It's about the same quality as the original one. This package had a problem with the first one I downloaded. I found it as I suspected. Fortunately, I was able to get the malfunctioning cartridge from this package to work by popping the lid off and removing the top, although I used about 3 meters of tape. As someone with experience in this area, I would counsel you to do the 2 (or 3 or 4) counters. Hold the green wheel against the label maker and turn it clockwise until you place the cartridge in the printer. If the carbon tape is loose, it rolls into the feed for the white sticky tape, breaks off from the take-up wheel and sticks to the label that should have been printed if the carbon tape was in place. On top of the white tape, the carbon tape continues to roll. Unlike other knock-offs I have used, there was absolutely no difference in quality between this one and the others. It was impossible for me to find any difference between the cartridge cases or the tape when I disassembled both. I found that the case plastic and mechanics of the knockoff cartridge are of lower quality than those in a genuine Brother cartridge, but the label tape is identical. While there is a difference between the two brands, it is not enough to justify the outrageous price of the name brand. I believe that the plastic in the knock off will degrade more quickly in landfills. A recycling symbol can be seen on the transparent wrapper of the cartridge for polypropylene (5), but a recycling symbol cannot be seen In this case, I am unsure if the indicator is for the packaging or the cartridge itself. I purchased the first one from this package in spite of the lower price per unit from this seller. When the 6 pack runs out, I will most likely buy the other knockoff that I purchased before because I had to spend 45 minutes repairing the first one. The reason I took away two stars is also because of that.
