I am very disappointed with Shure in this case. Earlier this week, I replaced one of the microphones due to failure. In order to get a working one, I had to order 2 new parts. At this point, I am trying to replace the other one that doesn't work It was sent to me two new microphones, but they did not work, so I had to return both. The impression is not good. Models of the SLX series are better. This BLX model has a lot of handling noise. The build quality seems good. There is an indication that the Mic is running a little hotter (internal gain) than the SLX. Taking care of the situation is crucial. This is not really a heavy-duty machine. Their primary function is to act as host microphones.
I love My previous receiver could not have worked better and this mic went on with no problem. It is recommended.
As far as I can tell, the microphone clip isn't working. Exactly as expected, the program works perfectly. Although the microphone clip seems a bit small to use, I don't think it is a deal breaker since it was not required.
You have a great microphone! Easily replaces older microphones and is easy to set up. The cost of the replacement mic is a bit high.
