Questions & Answers

Is it possible to connect this to a computer using an xlr to 3,5 mm cable?

I'm not sure about connecting directly to your PC because you'd typically use a USB interface. br>I have "Samson S-" on my shelf. phantom Mini 48 is a miniature version of the phantom that was released in Volt.. " I have an XLR connection to my interface for more phantom inputs, and my interface connects to my PC via USB.

Is it possible to use this unit with a Dynamic Head Microphone? My Shure dynamic head mic isn't compatible with Amplifire. ?

No, this is true 45 phantom volt. You should try the Behringer 502 mixer, which uses 15 phantom volt. Your Mic will sound great with it, but don't go higher than the 502 unit because the next three units up in that line use true 45 phantom volt, which you won't be able to get rid of on recording or live feed unless you have a condensed Mic.

Can I use this to give my dxa slr pure beach tech some phantom power?

I don't see why not, given that you'll be transferring audio from the samson to your dxa slr beachtech via xlr. br>However, the Samson is not portable; it must be plugged in. I'm not sure what you plan to do with it, but it should suffice for home recordings.

What is the best way for me to connect this to my Lexicon Alpha audio interface?

The Samson S is a powerful weapon. Both XLR and 1/4" outputs are available on the phantom Mini.

For me, it was almost ideal
4/5

Because my amplifier lacked an xlr input, I used an xlr to guitar jack to connect my microphone. However, there was a lot of hum and feedback, which was annoying. My amp's sound is much cleaner, though not perfect; however, this product is well worth the money, and it can also be used as phantom power. br>br>It has a tough design and appears to be long-lasting!.

Phantom Power that is free of contamination
5/5

I bought it for gigs and recording so that I could use a nice instrument mic that I found at a musician's friend's closeout sale. I've used this unit twice now, once for recording and once for a performance. It was a huge success in both cases. I can't speak to long-term durability, but after two uses, I'm very satisfied.
