By pulling them tightly, and cutting off the excess, you will have no problems. Most of the time, I lengthen almost every pair of shoes I use. I don't want the extra tail of nylon hanging out to take away from the tying of the items

It is not possible to be weather- and UV-resistant and compostable at the same time. In order for it to be compostable, it would need to be broken down, thus rendering it unusable for long-term use.

DURABILITY IS ON THE LOW SIDE

Sunlight exposes the skin to UV radiation, which deteriorates it. My plan is to use these zip ties to attach a fabric fence to the outside. I live in a region of the country where there is strong UV sunlight, which would cause the ties to deteriorate. You'd likely be better off with a waterproof tie from a different brand. These ties would probably be better suited for indoor use than outdoor usage. I am extremely grateful for your help, and I hope that others will also benefit. The pros are There were three reasons this was a good buy 1) good price for the amount of ties 2) well packaged 3) easy to use. Cons 1) Average durability
2) Rarely breaks when taken out of storage.

I advise you not to buy. You can bump half of them when they latch, and they break. Your money is not worth it. If there were zero stars, I would rate it zero.

These ties are great for use on light duty objects and small items This is cause for concern due to its narrow width

I've been using it for years, and it's always been good. For a tie the size of this one, it's surprisingly narrow. You can see a 6" tie to the left of the photo that is shorter but heavier. These are used for general use at home and in the Because I'm retired (80), my large projects have fallen by the wayside however, I would not use these for heavy electrical cable and so forth, due to concerns about whether or not they can withstand the load without breaking. Even with the three-fourths cut off, this will not be an issue for chassis and small wiring and cable organization.

Because I wasn't sure if the strength would be sufficient, I doubled up so buying the heavier weight might be more cost-effective for me. The last time I used them, they worked perfectly. These will be used to hold gate pieces together in my yard. I plan to buy them again for that purpose.

The zip ties above cost $20 at Ace but I found the same ones for a great deal below. There is no denying it. My only regret is that I didn't check The wheels seem substantial, but I'm not certain how they will hold up over the long haul. It was amazing how they were able to secure wire mesh around the railing of my balcony to keep my daring kitty from escaping once again. I used to use ties that weren't made for use outdoors and they're all starting to break apart after over a year of being a part of the outdoor In my opinion, they appear to be as advertised. Given the price, I am fine if they do need to be replaced at some point, but I don't anticipate.

At the dollar store, you'll find better quality! These are extremely fragile because their plastic does not withstand even the slightest amount of Neither they nor the tongue on the toothed band that was supposed to seal them on also snaps completely off after a few minutes, so they are essentially useless for holding anything to the toothed band

It is a junk product, and I also bought the black ones that were shown in the product description. If you want better quality, keep scrolling. Refund was not requested within a reasonable amount of time! Let's hope I'm able to save someone some money by sharing this. At the dollar store, you can get better quality versions of these.

This pack of 100 zip ties was recommended because I saw it was recommended to use them. In total, we used one or two clips per toy and were able to attach them to the wire mesh chair very well.
