There is no clear indication of what you intend This cable would need to be removed completely from the screw in the wall in order to be removed. Cable boxes are usually designed to attach coax or cat5e/cat6 cable to walls and to be left there for more or less a long time. The weight they can hold probably isn't that much, I've used them for shelving and can imagine they could hold quite a bit.
As a recommendation (and something we do in our warehouse), we suggest the use of concrete-appropriate screws in place of these screws. If the screws are too narrow, you can substitute any other screw of a similar width, including stucco deck screws that are longer.

It was well made and did the job as described. This item is very easy to install, with the 1/4" magnetic driver and the sharp screws already in place. These cable transitions were used for installing a video surveillance system and I would have liked them to come in larger sizes so that they would fit more snugly for a single Cat 5e cable and for double Cat 5e cables, etc. It is possible to fit two thin cables for CAT 5e into the smaller one, but be sure not to pinch either of them. Depending on the type of cable, solid or stranded, Cat 5e cables are available in different diameters. It is important to determine what works best and small bundles tend to have more curl memory. Also, tightly packaged cables are easier to install since they are snug.
The installation is very easy.
For fastening down a pair of outdoor electrical wires, I purchased these screws. It is grey and UF-like This cable is known as cable B. In that respect, these fasteners served their purpose nicely. The cables fit through perfectly, despite my concern that they may not be large enough.
I read a lot of reviews about the screws snapping off, but nothing like that happened used an impact wrench to drive them in, which probably would have broken them if they were brittle, so that made my job I am very pleased with it!.
My only wish is that they had an option to get anchors
