Two magnetic cable holders are included with the anker cable management. There are 5 magnetic clips included in each holder, and each can hold a total of 5 cables. In order for it to stick to the holder, magnetic clips must be used, which is not an issue. Several sticky adhesive tabs line the bottom of the holder, which makes it pretty secure. Although it stuck pretty well to me the first time I moved it, I am not sure how many times you can move it. The product works fine for the three cables that I am using it for. If I were to use it for more than 3 cables at once, I am not sure how well it would work.
Even though I read some reviews about this product being too small to accommodate most standard cables, I still purchased it as I thought it would fit the rest of Anker's charging cables. I don't believe it does! There will be no problem fitting- If you think about a thin Apple phone charging cable, but not the thickness of other Anker charging cables. It does work (just magnets), which is why I gave it 3 stars, but 3 stars because it is a useless product -- unless you (like me) have magnetic wrap twist ties that can be used instead of what is provided with it --- It was still too clunky, even with my fix. My goal is to continue messing with it and see what happens since I enjoy the idea and the sleek organization of it as opposed to something I would do myself. In all honesty, it is probably better to find another way to figure this out using regular magnetic strips and magnets rather than being forced to.
The magnetic strip is strong enough to magnetize the base as well, which is a really handy feature. We attached our metal end tables directly to the wall without using a sticky pad for anchoring them. There are little things to dislike about these, though. The magnetic cable holders are incredibly small, and it is quite tight to fit some of our cables within. The holders are also not very strongly magnetized, making some of our bigger cables hard to grip in place. If we are not careful, it is very easy to knock the cable off. I like these better than other solutions like plastic snaps or webbing, which I previously used. Overall they are good at keeping cables organized, and I do prefer them to alternatives like plastic snaps and webbing.
The more I ordered, the better off I would have been. Platforms and documents are equipped with five magnetic cubes each. It holds one tip of the USB cable in each cube. There is adhesion underneath the platforms, which holds them firmly in place when they are weighted. Designed to hold your USB cable tip in place on any surface, these are designed to keep your cable tip in place. Rather than constantly bent over to pick up the charge cables, you can pick them up from In the meantime, I have not removed the adhesive stickers on the bottom of the documents, as the weight of the platforms is well enough to make them work. *My wife and I married in 2000. We both have 10 children Lightening cables at the toes, for a more comfortable walk We use our bed for relaxation and for our couches to lounge on, as well as on our desks in the office. Sitting or laying down while being able to reach for the charging cable with ease, without having to bend over and search for it, makes using this product a perfect choice. For my iPhone, I mostly use wireless charging pads, but I still need to wired charge from time to time. Consequently, we have a lot of charge cables and wireless charging pads around A wallet is attached permanently to the case of my wife's phone, so it is Since she will continue to use charge cables regardless of her iPhone's wireless charging capabilities, she must continue to use the case she has for her current phone/wallet while charging. She was the one who inspired me to purchase these magnetic platforms. I'm definitely going to buy more, now that I know how convenient and easy it is. I'd like to try and match each color with the mood and scheme of the room, but this navy blue color will work just as well. In going to her desk, my wife's first question was "will the adhesive damage my desk?" I sat the document on her desk, and I put it there as quickly as I could. There is no need to use adhesion if 5 of the cubes hold a cable, and if the weight and length of the cable is enough for it to stay in place. As I said, it doesn't seem like the adhesion is very strong, so I would expect that you should have no issues removing it. If you have adhesive problems, GOO-OFF is the remedy. A single application of GONE allows you to remove adhesive from different surfaces without causing any When you're trying to remove the adhesive, add some heat to loosen it up a bit. Whenever possible, a heat gun is preferred however, a hair blow dryer will work well too for this level of adhesive. In each purchase there are two platforms, and on each platform there are five magnetic cubes. Disconnect the cable from your device and it will remain attached to your device, where it will not fall down against the wall and you must reach awkwardly for it to be recovered. For storing charge cables precisely where you want them when they're not being used, this attachment is a must.
Magnet cable holders have never lived up to my expectations in the past, so I've always been hesitant to purchase them. As expected, this product lives up to expectations since it has a strong backing that stays put on my desk as well as strong magnets to hold cables in place. If you are looking for a desktop cable management solution, this is the product to consider.
This is not the case. Both of my hands are full. I have one attached pretty securely to a laminated pressboard shelf I have. There are three cables attached to it, and so far it In addition, there is one on the side of my desk that is part of an actual wood hutch. I have attached one to it after it has been cleaned. The falling has occurred three times so far. This needs to be rewashed every time, so I guess I will need some command strips. I like the idea, but not the way it was implemented The fact is- Adhesive of great quality.
For my wife and me to be able to charge all of our devices at night, I have USB charging hubs on each side of the bed. I had a problem when attaching the holder to the nightstand because it is made of rustic wood, which wouldn't work with the adhesive but luckily, my bed headboard has a metal frame, so it was fastened to that. That's what we really like about.
It is great that I only need to attach a keeper on a cord once, as it adheres perfectly to the magnetic platform. You can easily pull cords out of the platform and place them back in. Additionally, the simple design, nice feel of the coating, and the compact, ergonomic shape are very appealing to me. The product was excellent and I would definitely purchase it.
