It is not concrete screws, so do not confuse them with those. . They are a 1" yellow zinc plated screw with a 1/4" Hex drive
The diameter of your cable would determine how you use them, but I used them for that purpose. However, the wire was held well by it even though it was a little loose
It appears that the screws can be used outside, and they are coated, but I doubt that it will be high quality exterior coating given the cost. Nonetheless, my screws that are outside have not rusted so far after 2 years. This product is a good buy for me.
There may be another way to do this depending on the sheathing on the 12 gauge wire, but I doubt it since these are for one RG6 cable about 6 inches in diameter. The diameter of the 9mm (9/32") ball

I didn't have to drill them beforehand. During the installation of the cat6 cable, I used them. It was disappointing to see only 48 clips and 48 screws in the package, as the info said it would be 100 pieces, which I naively assumed would mean 100 clips and screws. One plastic ziplock baggie and 48 clips, screws, and screws are inside the package.
While I do not typically write reviews, I used these today to fix an Ethernet cable to a steel sided ceiling while installing a camera system. The screws turned to butter even with a tiny pilot hole drilled in the pilot hole! Even when I drilled a 1/8" pilot hole, the screws wouldn't go into the holes. Despite pushing on the drill and attempting to make threads, by the time it was done the drill literally hung from the screw because the drill bit had deformed and simply bound up in it. The 20-pack I bought at a box store for 3 dollars goes in without a pilot hole, that's at least better than this garbage.
The gravitational pull thins it out much more quickly than other materials. After three months, it still works fine, but it is becoming thinner and thinner due to gravity. You will wonder if it is going to crack under its own load after just digging through this over 3 months. It feels rigid now, but as it sags over time, you will wonder if it is going to break. You should spend the real money and get "Solid Copper" instead of aluminum (the stuff you're seeing here). It is the cheapest aluminum cable you can buy and you get what you pay for. After seeing how much it stretches and sags over time, I would never buy it again. I have never seen a cable stretch so much in such a short period of time. This cable is rubbish.

Having the Philips cut AND the 1/4 head, these are very easy to drive. For me, they have fit coax, 3x 18g speaker wires, and 2x 16g lamp wires. I have also used them for hanging the lights on my deck. My fingers are crossed that they will hold up since the screws are coated.
As is supposed to happen, the screws ought to work with both flat blade traditional screwdrivers and Philips screw drivers, but none of the three sizes of Philips screwdrivers I tried fit the screw heads properly and so the screw heads snapped off. The design is poor and the metal is soft.
They are so awesome! I bought two bags for my use, and they should last me for at least a couple of years if not longer. They can be screwed in with a regular screwdriver bit or a socket, which is great.
