Yes. It is small enough to fit into the bag. A View Sonic 5153 was purchased by me.
I chose a hard case for my viewsonic because I travel with it. This is what I bought as well, and it's fantastic. WORKFORCE XL Video Projector Hard Case is safe and secure.
Sorry, it's been a few years since I bought the case Amazon recommended for the model I purchased for my professional organization. I went with Amazon's recommendation, which turned out to be correct; however, I would double-check the dimensions of the case you're considering against the dimensions of your projector. Additional cables will almost certainly be required to accommodate different types of technology that may be plugged into the unit, which will take up space in the case. I'd get a case with a lot of space.
The medium fits this projector, so I bought the case for the pjd7720HD. The 7828hdl has an unknown size.

CASE- Case 008 - Medium Size - matching the description of case compatibility br>Nylon is a high-quality material. The material is black matte, not cheap shiny as seen in some of the pictures, so the product pictures do a disservice to the actual look and feel of the product. The case can be used to store your projector, remote, and cables while also protecting them from dust, light bumps, and scratches. However, because there is no padding, the projector will be damaged if it is dropped or pressed too hard (for example, during transportation in a full cargo area). br>There is a lot of room in the front pocket. I was able to fit the shoulder strap, the remote, an HDMI cable, and a long audio cable in it comfortably. br>The top of the bag has a handy handle, so the detachable shoulder strap might not be necessary. br>The only thing I'd change is the way the cover flap closes - In the middle of the flap and pocket, ViewSonic has a single velcro patch. Two velcro closures at the flap's corners, or some other similar solution, would keep the accessories safer in the pocket. br>Excellent value for this case's high quality. I strongly suggest it as a cost-effective and attractive storage option. If all you want to do is store your projector when it's not in use, I think the heavy duty cases on Amazon are overpriced and too bulky.
For my ViewSonic 5155 projector, this is exactly what I need. I didn't want a heavy, bulky hard case. The projector is well-fitting and has a velcro flap for closure. The ac cord, hdmi 10' cable, and vga cable all fit in this space. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap as well as a carrying strap. I won't be going on long trips, so the main reason for getting a case was to keep the dust off and provide some protection while transporting it over short distances.
The projector will not fit into the case because it is two inches too small. The case is too small to work properly, as shown in the photo, and Amazon does not appear to have an option to replace it with the correct size. The best I can do is request a refund and pay for the return of the useless case out of my own pocket.
There's nothing wrong with this case, but if you're getting it for a Viewsonic, be careful when ordering it. It claims to be compatible with the Viewsonic PJD5155L projector. I didn't notice that my projector doesn't have the "L" after the number because I wasn't paying attention. I have the PJD5155, and it did not fit in this case at all. To have it returned, I had to pay for it. Because it is rather flimsy, I only gave it three stars.
The projector fits perfectly, and all of the cables and other accessories are kept in one place. It's like a strap-on AV cart. Go nuts.
It's a perfect match for my VIMGO 5G WiFi Projector. Not too flimsy - performs its function.
This projector case is a little on the small side and doesn't come with any padding. I had hoped that it would do a better job of safeguarding my projector. It's a tight fit, but it'll do for carrying without your hands. It came as part of the package, but I would have preferred a better, more padded bag with side pockets for the cables I use.
