Questions & Answers

I'm not sure how I'm going to get this mouse pad to stop stinking. Have you ever had a problem with a particularly strong odor?

Mine has a strong chemical odor as well. After a few days, the odor didn't go away, so I stopped using it. I'm re- I noticed that this mouse pad is supposed to have a rubber base after reading the product description. It isn't made of rubber at all. I'm guessing the other people who replied to you got a rubber base as well, which is why theirs doesn't stink. Polyurethane, I believe, is the base we received. Mine is a deep black color with a gleaming surface. In my review, I included photos. This is going to get a one-star rating from me. a 5-star rating They claimed the wrist rest was memory foam when it was actually gel, and they claimed the base was rubber when it was actually polyurethane. The stench is unbearable, and it isn't going away any time soon.

Do laser and optical mice work with this?

I use a wireless mouse, which I find to be very convenient. Additionally, it is very attractive.

approx. how big are they?

I don't know the exact dimensions because I have the mouse pad at work, but it's about 6" long, 5" wide at the widest point, and 3" wide at the wrist rest. This is merely an educated guess on my part. The mouse pad is very nice. I have the mouse pad with me at work, so I can give you exact measurements. This is merely an educated guess on my part. The mouse pad is very nice.

Is this mousepad stable enough to be placed on a microfiber tablecloth? The dining room (all-purpose) table is where we use our laptop. ?

My mouse pad is resting on a pull-out keyboard tray with a slick surface. Your question prompted me to investigate the material used to make the backing of my mouse pad, only to discover that the rubber surface was still covered in plastic wrap, lol. The mouse pad has never moved before the protective coating was removed, and it will not now that it has been removed.

After 5 months of light use, it fell apart
3/5

I placed my order on February 11th, 2018, and I am writing this review on July 20th, 2018. I've had this thing for about 5 months now. It's very attractive, stands at a good height to support my wrists while I type, and has a non-skid underside. br>br>ON THE OTHER HAND. A glob of something had appeared on my desk about a month ago. I eat at my desk, so it could have been a piece of food I missed while cleaning up, or it could have been something my cats discovered and left as a gift. I honestly couldn't tell what it was, but it was itchy and gross. I sprayed disinfectant all over my desk and went back to work. br>br>Then, a week later, I discovered more, and yesterday, I discovered a BUNCH of whatever it was, very close to the keyboard rest; I checked the wrist rest to make sure nothing had gotten on it, only to discover that the stuff was coming out of a hole on the rest itself. Small globs of gel filling were leaking out of the gel. To stop the worst of it, I duct taped it shut. However, this is not a comfortable solution because it's hot, and the duct tape is irritating and right where my wrist goes. While taping it up, I noticed that it was also starting to develop a similar hole on the other side, so both of the areas where your wrists naturally rest are now taped up. br>br>For the money I paid, I expected this thing to last a lot longer than five months. I'm sure it's too late to request a refund or have them send a replacement, but I felt compelled to come here and warn people that this thing isn't built to last. Because the fabric is glued down along the edge of the skid resistant base, it is coming away from the edge. The mouse pad appears to be holding up so far, but the construction on the seam is identical, so I'm sure it'll be only a matter of time before it starts oozing goop as well.

I bought this to use at my work desk, but it's falling apart
3/5

I had another one for a long time that was still working. I bought it primarily for the mouse pad wrist rest, but after four months of use, I began to develop what appeared to be small balls of mucus on my hands. The gel has started to leak out of the keyboard wrist rest. br>The mouse pad is still fine. br>Now that I'm writing my own review, I'm seeing a lot of other people with the same problem. It appears that figuring out what a lousy product this is will take several months. br>Buy it only if the manufacturing process has been improved.

Everything is covered in gel
3/5

Initially, I purchased this item in order to provide relief for my wrist while typing at work. It worked fine for the first week or two, but after the third week, I noticed the gel coming out from the side, which I didn't mind because my wrist was still comfortable, but then I noticed another whole coming out, which I had to discard because I was tired of cleaning the gel residue every day. (**Please refer to the images. ) The wrist support for the mouse, on the other hand, works flawlessly. )br>br> br>Overall, it's a pleasant experience that's built to last.

Make Computer Work More Fun by Using Your Favorite Designs! I used to have a purple one, but my daughter came to help Mom organize, and I have no idea where she put it
5/5

I ordered a black version of the same style because the purple was sold out. I'd had enough of staring at the same black mouse pad for a long time. I placed an order for a lovely mouse with flowers (as seen in the photo). Because it went with my mouse, I chose this Rose design pad. I love how the two complement each other in a feminine, "all together" look. It's not boring black, but it's eye-catching. Even as I pass by the table, I enjoy looking at it. It looks so nice that it makes me want to keep the table clean and tidy so that my mouse and new pad can look as neat as they do. It's just like the others in terms of comfort. The gel wrist support is fantastic, and the pretty flowers are a nice distraction from the impending snow. Plus, Valentine's Day is approaching, so it's appropriate for both February and the spring and summer months. It's just nice to see the flowers that I don't get to see outside this time of year in the winter. The colors (artwork) are rich, vibrant, and gleaming. The flowers and leaves are all two-toned (for example: The insides of the leaves are a darker green, while the edges are a lighter green). The roses' two-tone coloring gives them a realistic, almost three-dimensional appearance. I am ecstatic. It's an eye-catching pad. It catches your attention. "Nana, you got a new mouse pad," my granddaughter will tell me when she comes to visit. It appeals to my tastes. It looks nice. " It also has a slip-resistant bottom. When I first saw it in the pack, I was blown away by how vibrant the colors were. The comfort level is comparable to any other gel pad I've used. It did, in fact, cost $3. 00 over a plain one. But why not make something fun if you're going to look at and use it every day of the week? It's the difference between plain white boring paper towels and printed paper towels. The colors are vibrant once again, and the gel wrist support is very comfortable! Thank you for treating me as if I were a millionaire! There are also many beautiful designs (mountain scenes, for example) to choose from. This one was chosen because it was the same color as my mouse.

After four months, things are starting to fall apart
3/5

The gel on the inside of the wrist rest is coming out of this set, which I bought around Christmas time. This is a pad that I only use once in a while. The print is lovely, but it was a complete waste of money. Even the tiniest bit of gel leaves a sticky goop behind. I've got gel boogers all over my desk and can't seem to get rid of them. I don't know why the other piece is falling apart because the mouse pad is fine and I use it every day.

Work Requires
5/5

It's a Wonderful World! This mouse pad reminds me of Gandalf the White! I didn't think it would make a difference in my work environment, and I even thought it might be painful or strange, but boy was I high at the time! It has taken a lot of the pain out of my wrists, and I find myself resting my hand on it even when I'm not speaking. It's straightened out my hand's alignment, and I'm no longer lowering my wrist while using the mouse. If I'm using my regular mouse pad at home, I can definitely tell the difference. It's decent (Gandalf the Grey), but not exceptional. I'll have to get another one for my home office and my mother. If you're on the fence, don't be. You'll be punching yourself in the face for not buying it sooner (don't do it; it's not healthy). It'd be pointless. ) Your wrist will thank you if you purchase it.
