It actually helps with the keyboard because it elevates the wrist for longer play sessions, but if you have a mouse that needs to move to play, I'd skip the mousepad part.

A long, shallow rectangular box held the keyboard pad and mouse pad. I noticed the mouse pad was folded to fit into the box after I unboxed it. The pad is permanently wavy as a result of that unfolding, and there is nothing I can do to flatten it. That wouldn't be so bad if the irregularities in the flatness of the pad didn't cause my mouse's sensor to malfunction, causing my cursor to be erratic and unpredictable. Very poor packaging design, which rendered an otherwise excellent product completely useless.
It's a decent wrist brace. However, it is a tad too firm. My wrist doesn't hurt as much as it does when I'm sitting at my desk, but it still hurts after about an hour because this wrist rest is so firm. I'm not sure what's inside of it, but whatever it is, it's FIRM. This isn't the wrist rest for you if you're looking for something soft and cozy.
I'm feeling much better now. My wrists were starting to hurt from using the keyboard and mouse. These are full-size and have a lovely color. I can't work without them now because of the padding. When cleaning is required, the material will be simple to maintain.
Although the materials are nice and provide adequate padding, I find the design to be a little off. There isn't much support in that area because the slender part of the keyboard pad falls right where I would rest my hand for typing. This is the gaming pad for you if you want to keep your right hand over the number pad, but not so much for general office work. The mouse pad, on the other hand, works great and I've noticed it helps with my wrist pain when I have to be at my computer for long periods of time.
And I'm glad I did because the memory foam on the keyboard wrist and mouse pad is extremely comfortable. I have no complaints about the product because it is of excellent quality.
There are two minor differences between the two pads. br>A five for the mouse pad because it is superior. br>However, when the wrist is resting on the keyboard pad, it drops too low. My older pad, which I'd had for 30 years, was stiffer and thus held the wrist up higher. I'm no longer able to locate them.
They're supportive, so your wrist and thumb don't get tired or hurt after a long day of typing! I wish I had purchased them earlier.
Overall, a good product that I would buy again, and have already done so. I can't speak to durability because I've only had it for three months, but I believe it will last at least a year.
