Several mouse pads are on order from me, including this one and the wider version. Having tried both for a week, I returned the one that fits your keyboard. There is a large, square pad on the back that can be moved in any direction you want (space permitting). It's been holding up really well for 6 months now. There hasn't been any staining, color fading, or sewing issues. The mouse pad sticks to the table and stays put no matter where you put It is important to dial in your mouse for this pad if you are upgrading from one that is hard. Prior to purchasing, ensure that you are aware of the actual size of the pad. The best way to make sure the mouse pad fits where you want it to is to cut out a piece of newspaper to ensure it will fit the dimensions.
For use with my Bluetooth mouse, I wanted a rigid mouse pad as well, so that I could work on my laptop and accessories while lying It is easier to keep my mouse in reach that way, as well as knowing that I can work with precision, instead of trying to use a mouse on a bedspread that is soft. If you have a gaming mouse, you should be able to set the dpi for optimal performance out of the combination of the mouse and the pad. Despite this, it is easy for my mouse to move around, and the mouse pad showcases dust, so I have a large cloth mouse pad on top of the HyperX Fury Ultra to keep it in place when I am moving. Keeping the house clean is another reason. Even though it is easy to wipe clean of dust, skin oil begins to build up fairly quickly. I don't want to wipe it down after every use, so the cloth mouse pad on top helps prevent that. The bottom is nice and grippy rubber, so it stays put when you put it down. A braided USB cable measuring 70" in length is provided. Due to the fact that it cannot be detached at the mouse pad, this is important. As a result, if the cable breaks, there is no way to replace it. In my case, this mouse pad is so thin that I haven't noticed any discomfort to my wrist while using it. Nevertheless, I believe I will still add a wrist rest if I plan on using the laptop for longer periods of time, or filling out long online forms. *I want to clarify one last time that although I like this mouse pad, I am rating it based on the Amazon Warehouse price I paid. We'll start with the bad stuff first, so let's review the good. There are some cool things here and some not so cool things, so let's begin. In the absence of In a way, non-slip backing is kind of a no-no It can easily slide around the desk yet it doesn't slip, which I dislike a little bit but it's not a major issue. I have been using these steel series mice with the back knee on the bottom which you pick up to move the mouse forward or backward. The stitching around the edges looks really nice and certainly adds to the quality. I don't like one thing though -- when I roll my mouse down for a closer look I sometimes hit the stitching and it just kind of messes you up. My problem is not really that the mouse pad is inappropriate, I just don't really like the stitching around it. A fix for that problem is to hang the mouse pad a few inches above the edge of my desk. That way, when I move the mouse towards the edge of my desk it won't receive the stitching. That was pretty straightforward, so I guess it was easy to Let's move on to the good stuff. There is no problem sliding the mouse over the top of this pad. It feels nice and soft to the touch and is squishy and high quality. My opinion is that the mouse pad looks very nice. I got the medium, which is a pretty big mouse pad by the way, probably should have gotten a small. However, the mouse pad will do the job just fine anyway it seems to me.
