It will, in fact.
Yes, it will aid in iPhone imaging. However, I would much rather not use it. It's better for the eyes. In the iPhone, turn on the focus/exposure lock. You can adjust the exposure by sliding your finger up and down the screen after zooming in and long pressing on an area of the moon to engage the AF/EX lock. The initial exposure will be affected by the brightness of the area where you engage the lock. Download the Nightcap camera app if you want to save time. You'll be able to manually control the exposure and focus as a result of this.

I was concerned about the price difference between this and other Moon filters, but it performs as expected. It allows you to gaze at the Moon without becoming blind or losing any detail. I dropped it while trying to unscrew it from an eyepiece, but it was unharmed by the fall from a few feet onto asphalt. This book comes highly recommended. br>br>This image was captured with my Orion XT8 Plus Dobsonian telescope, an Explore Scientific 11mm 82° (109x) eyepiece, and this Moon filter.
Also applicable to planets. Filters can be stacked with each other.
It's an introductory gem that won't hurt your eyes when the moon is full, for the price. Because without a proper filter, that light can be both physically and mentally painful to your eyes.
It's quite useful. reduces the brightness of the moon and increases contrast to make it easier to see.
No more no less than a 2013% transmission filter works as a transmission filter. Threads are well cut, and it fits nicely into my focuser. br>Price is reasonable.
WOW, what a difference using the filter with my Meade 102mm refractor. Thank you very much, Neewer.
There was no visible degradation in image quality, and it was far more comfortable to use than staring at a bright moon!.
The image is extremely clear. There is nothing to be unhappy about. The image is extremely clear. There is no strain on the eyes. I'm hoping to catch a glimpse of the full moon.
