Colors are dull and not as vibrant as advertised, so it doesn't really glow in the dark. To use it for the glow party, I'll have to paint it in neon colors. I would not recommend this item for a glow in the dark because it is not visible even with the lights turned off or with the use of black lights. ad fraud.
