These short magic arms from CAMVATE are extremely useful. Because flexibility is required for holding various gear on a film set, I bought a couple of these and have found multiple uses for them at various setups. Very handy for mounting a field monitor to the camera rig because it is short and not overly obtrusive. When tightened, it holds firmly assuming you are not trying to load something huge or heavy. It works fine with a 5" field monitor and the largest size NP-II battery. A battery with the letter F. It's sturdy, and all signs point to it lasting a long time.
I purchased a set after reading a review about the smaller versions. br>I am extremely pleased with the construction, length, and overall quality of these miniature magic arms. They've never slipped on me, and they're half the price for twice the quantity. A resounding victory | victory!.
On a light object, it might work. It's a little flimsy. br>Once the base is screwed in, any pressure on it causes it to loosen. My old monitor kept falling over, so I couldn't use it.
They aren't the strongest, but they do the job for what I need them to do. The 3-point rule should be followed. If you stick to the pound limit, you'll be fine. I'd buy it again for light applications.
They're very sturdy, and once you tighten the nice, big nut, they'll stay put.
It's beautiful to look at, and it's even better to use. The selfie spring loader and the joby suction cup are both compatible.
Exceptionally long-lasting. Mounts. With ease, record on a 7" Atomos recorder. Repositioning is done quickly. On the market, the best Mimi magical arm.
It's impossible to have too many mounting options, and this is one of them.
