This is the first vinyl record cleaning fluid I've ever used that didn't leave an audible residue on the surface of the record. I buy a lot of records at garage sales and flea markets, and Big Fudge does an excellent job of cleaning them up so they can be digitized.
I just finished cleaning 110 albums, and the bottle is still half full.
It's less expensive than other cleaners and does an excellent job. If you don't already own a good brush, I highly recommend the Big Fudge package.
Also, fantastic customer service. When I informed them that the bottle had leaked during shipping (which was not their fault), they promptly replaced it.
The Discwasher impersonation is flawless. In comparison to the competition, this is a good price. Two websites that review record cleaning products gave the brush and fluid a one-star rating.
I had the original order for the vinyl disk cleaner in my possession. I'm digitizing over 400 albums and ran out of the cleaner that came with the record cleaning device, so I ordered this extra bottle because it sprays well, works well with the cleaner, and is twice the size. a good cleaner -.
With the brush, this is great for cleaning up general dust! br>The only thing I wish was that the refill came in a bigger bottle - I still have the small spray bottle; all I need now is the liquid!.
This cleaning fluid appears to be effective at cleaning records that are slightly to moderately dirty. I haven't yet tried it on records that are heavily soiled. The nozzle's spray pattern is ideal for use with a 33 1/3 rpm LP. I also appreciate how affordable it is.
