This isn't compatible with the Hero 8. The hero 8 is being worked on in a size.
Only the lens protector is included; the screen protector is sold separately.
That can certainly be useful, but it will be most useful when exiting the water to avoid small water droplets on the lens.

This product was purchased to replace a similar one that I had received a few months prior- (That was twice as expensive and literally cracked the first time it was used). I'm so glad I found this small but effective gopro hero 7 black protection. I love water sports, but I'm always disappointed when my footage is blurred by water spots when I watch it back! This screen protector not only protects your glass from damage, but it also makes water droplets roll right off! This excites me a great deal!.
I've been using it for a week and can't believe how much better I feel! I use my GoPro whenever I go to the beach, and I have to constantly lick the screen to clear any water droplets that cause blurry photos and videos. I won't have to do it again now that I have this. I'm not sure how long it will last, but it's holding up well so far. Excellent investment:.
It's entertaining to use, but there should be a description of all the accessories that come with the GoPro.
The application was extremely simple, and I tested it in the water, and all of my shots were clean and free of water spots! I'm not sure what this stuff is made of, but the way it works has really impressed me! I would strongly advise any GoPro or underwater photographer to purchase this.

I like how easy it is to use and how simple it is to prevent water spots from appearing on your footage. When I went back over my recordings from my time in Iceland, I was devastated to discover that nearly all of them had been ruined by this issue. It was well worth the money and will be a must for all future vacations!.
