A blue cable is currently out of stock, but only temporarily.

Is the 4 gauge able to handle 150 amps at 15 feet?

The shorter the distance, the more voltage is dropped. 150 amps at 20 feet, the less the distance helps. I'm not sure, but it might be able to handle a few more amps with ten feet rather than twenty. I would recommend you look into it, or request that an Ohms law expert weigh in.

What is the best way to ground a generator with this?

The ideal situation is to use the cable type recommended by the manufacturer, even if it's not always possible.

The main power link to the distribution block can be 4 gauge, then I can split out two subpower lines on 8 gauge for a 300/4 jl amp, and a 250/1 sub amp. ?

As well as 4 gauge, you should run your amps on 4 gauge. The amps might not be able to accept 4 gauge but should, so you can use 8 gauge, but please fuse the 2 amps after cutting them down to 8 gauge. The fuse should be no more than 18" from the battery and should be at least 100 amps.

Several times now I have purchased this cable for projects on my Jeep, and I am very happy with the product. Wire was purchased to upgrade the two amp system on 16 FLTRUs. The system is noticeably louder now that the OFC wiring is better. I found the wiring to be excellent at a fantastic.

I don't know if there is a better wire out there. It reminds me a lot of a small gauge wire I used to use in rc racing. It has a continuous amp load of up to 5000 and can be as flexible as you like.

The copper-clad aluminum CCA trash is not acceptable. There is no substitute for quality, and this is an excellent copper power wire. It comes with a very good sheath as well. My experience with this purchase has been very positive.
