I received a box of 10 memorex discs that was sealed and different purple in A note is found on the outside of the box that mentions that the disks have been I hope this answer will be helpful to you. Thank you for your interest!

Does this have the capability of being rewritten?

have not used one in a long time I cannot be certain, and the packaging does not mention anything about it. Floppy disks are rewritable. Although, I don't remember this for sure.

I had to order these floppy disks since even though my newer PC has Windows 7 it does not have a floppy disk drive, but I purchased an external floppy drive to use Despite their outdated status, I think the value of floppy disks still remains to my interest in computers.
