I don't know exactly what the problem is, all I know is that UV-emitting devices cause me problems In order to rewind, I have to hold the top cover down. I returned the defective one, and the company sent me another one free of charge. You may want to get a different model of rewinder.

Sadly, I had some issues with my Kinyo rewinder. The cassette should pop right in and close without a hitch. Whatever tape I put into my rewinder, it always proves to be a bit of a challenge to close the door. Likewise, I found the Kinyo to be exceedingly loud. In the past, there used to be a wide range of rewinders available There are some products in the affordable range and some that are more expensive. There is a tendency for this one to lean below mid range or low range. A positive note is that the ejection slows as the film approaches its end. a mid-range rating)
Because the VHS world has become 'extinct', I understand what remains on the market will either be used or brand new in box (from a year ago? This product isn't all that I would call a good value. At the very least, it seems to.
Even though this product is no longer available, we are still able to rewind our old VCR tapes with it. Movies and personal tapes still exist that we enjoy watching. Although it's a little slow, we are able to rewind our tapes to a satisfactory degree. There is no abrupt stop that would cause the tape to snap off because it does not go so fast. There is only a slow rewind of the tape followed by a slow stop. All we need is for it to do its job.
Since I am a devoted VHS fan, I was pleased to purchase this rare video To find - Since mine kept stopping abruptly and tearing the tapes, this store keeps tape rewinders since mine was "eating the tapes. " Several people have written me asking how long I expected this rewinder to take to In response, I am replying to say that, sadly, maybe 1 year, if you watch and rewind many tapes frequently. I'm so sad! There is no such thing as a forever.
It is a great product and I am pleased with my purchase.
This is a great tool. Our search for the right solution has been fruitful.
As I noticed that it was a very old, well-used item and had not been cleaned up, I decided to clean it and give it to my son, since his old one had fallen apart. It would have been too difficult to return, so I decided not to. My question is how long does it last. He says it works, but I'm not sure. Over the top, way over the top Prices are reasonable.
In the case of old VHS tapes.
The Rewinder did not work properly from the start. As a first point, the lid only stayed down one time. To rewind, I have to hold it down during the entire Rewinding slows down and actually stalls at times as the speed declines. When the machine works, clunky sounds can be heard. I bought it, so I'm sorry. Maybe I can get my money back because the product is still under warranty. It's an annoying problem that takes up a lot of time.
