Questions & Answers

After this system has been installed, will it need to be monitored This is a market head-on Is this unit compatible with the stock head-unit on my 2004 Dodge Dakota How many units?

I hope your day has been good. It will also work with the head unit that comes with your car. I greatly appreciate what you did

Is there a size that can be used as an input wire from the battery to the amp?

In the kit you will find 8 gauge. The smaller than that is not an option for me. In addition to 6 gauge, 8 gauge also works. This amp will not benefit from 4 gauge wire, in my opinion. Be sure to keep that Although you may know this already, it wouldn't hurt to mention it. As gauge number decreases, wire becomes thicker. A gauge of 10 would be too thin (small) for this application.

What is the width of this part and does it ?

I seriously doubt that. To make the subwoofer enclosure fit properly, you need at least a foot of clearance. The possibility of laying it down exists.

I would like to use Bluetooth. Can I do this? Should I use a cord to connect to the aux port?

Unfortunately, this is part of a bass speaker system in a car. Having no aux connection is a major drawback. You can enhance the bass of your vehicle with it. Boom! If that answers your question then your only option is to use a regular speaker

Here is a review you should read! On the whole, this kit is at best a low end one
3/5

For those looking for a lot of bass or for those who already have aftermarket speakers in their vehicle, this is not the right choice. is intended only to be used if your speakers, such as your headphones, have very little bass. The older the vehicle and the older the system, the more likely it will breakdown. The majority of vehicles made in 2000 and up come equipped with speakers that have a decent amount of This speaker does not have much bass compared to my aftermarket door and lid speakers. In order to answer your question, there is no crossover issue when it comes to complaints of vocals coming through the sub. In order to filter out the vocals from the amp, you'll need to adjust the amplifier's frequencies when you install it. There will always be some noise on any amp or sub The vocals coming from the sub were not an issue for me. It's hard to believe that my 8" sub kit delivered any crazy bass, but my 6x9 lid speakers outdid it. We intended to use this kit to deliver a bit of a punch in the bass, but it was unable to do so. A person would only want to buy this kit if he or she has space in their truck cab for it, or if they are running speakers that have The bass punch of this will absolutely not be obtained by running it in a trunk. I agree - A vehicle's ease of installation, and your knowledge/skill set, will depend on how easy it is to install. I agree - Its sound quality is average at best. It appears to produce good bass when it does produce it. I agree - This hotel offers a low level of value for money. It will cost quite a bit more than $89 for a decent setup with medium base. The subwoofer will cost you at least $120ish (with enclosure), and the enclosure will cost you $60-80 Buying an amp will cost you $100, and getting wiring kits will cost you around $40. There is little to no quality to this bundle, and as such it performs accordingly.

Overall I like it no doubt, but I dislike the fact that when I connect it to a subwoofer I hear voices from it

It may be the amplifier. I haven't played with it much lately, so I may update after I have more time to play with it.

My only objective was to make sure it was done properly. The installation cost a lot, but it was This is such a great Besides getting a new radio for the car, which cost me around $65, I also had to get a new radio for the car. It isn't bad at all. The amount I need is enough
5/5

The cost was very low, and I found it to be very useful. It is a true power amp & amplifier. I replaced my OEM cassette deck with a JVC bluetooth head unit with this amp & amplifier. You are a subset of the Despite not being an audiophile by any means, I was able to make it.

I found the sound quality to be poor
5/5

I don't think it's worth the money because the sound quality is so bad. When I asked the installation shop to install this in my truck, they laughed at me, and now I see why they laughed at me.

Those are the right subwoofers

Due to the low price, it is amazing exactly what I have been trying to find, but if placed directly, you should equalize then.

As a deaf individual, I have spoken difficulties

The thing continues not to play after I installed and I haven't figured it out yet. The connection and verification have been done correctly, yet nothing appears to be happening. Before I scrap it, I would like to try one more time.

There is no point in spending money on it
3/5

This was given to me and was installed. The amplifier works well and the wiring kit appears decent, but the sub stopped working after 1 day. After that, I tried the system with a new sub that I had to purchase, and it worked great. In case it is going to be sold as a kit, there should actually be a product. We are disappointed with the outcome. I found the product to be a total waste of.
