Is there a cylicone rubber sleeve included with this?

The outside/carrying strap and the case are all that's needed. It appeals to me. However, I wish I had purchased something that you could carry and listen to at the same time.

Is a pulse 4 guaranteed to work?

It's possible that it won't fit. The case measures 12 inches long by 12 inches wide by 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide by 12 inches 2 x 5. 28 x 4. The speaker measures 5 inches by 61 inches. 51 x 4. 45 x 9. 69 . They do have a case designed for that speaker that you might be able to borrow.
