Questions & Answers

Are there enough sleeves to fit 400 discs in it, or do you have to purchase them ?

In addition to sleeves, the case contains a set of sunglasses. A disc holder like this holds 400 discs straight out of the box.

How about the booklets you get with CDs? It seems like they are leaving the booklets behind. Could you tell me what is wrong with this box that contains 380 CDs and booklets?

As a result, I was unable to close and zip the binding after storing my booklets in the same sleeve as the CD. I may need to rethink my strategy and buy two more CDs and booklets so that the booklets can go with There'll be a larger price tag and it'll occupy more space, but at least I won't have to leave it open on the living room

Can you tell me how the zipper is made?

There are no issues with zipper quality at all! The product appears to be of good quality.

Are any of the lower parts of the discs scratched or rubbed in such a way that they cannot be read by the player's optical system with all the weight of the discs?

A clear plastic case protects the discs from getting scratched at all, since each is individually packaged. Weight is not an issue for discs on the lower pages due to the weight of the rest of the discs. It is perfectly safe to use.

This is a great case This case is designed to fit 400 disks
5/5

There are some great things about this case. It was said in several reviews that it wasn't rated to hold the specified amount of products. A certain number of DVDs can be stored there. It holds 400 disks, not 400 booklets. Others must also be inserting CD booklets inside it. It holds 400 disks, but NOT 400 booklets, though. The reason I purchased two of these is because I was tired of taking up so much space in my loft with my 700+ DVD collection. As with some cases, they don't have an overpowering smell. They are well made and don't have a definite smell. It appears that the binding is in good condition I also made the sleeves do it. A disk slides easily into the binder cover, and it is easy to remove it, but the disks are tight enough that if the binder is turned upside down, they won't just fall out. It comes with pre-installed sleeves Taking the time to cut and prepare I removed it. For some similar cases, you will have to remove the cutout section for every Having used AmazonBasics products for years, I have never faced a problem and my experience with this product is no different. It's important you keep in mind that the pages in this binder are NOT removable, so rearranging the contents by page won't work unless you remove both disks from the binder.

It fits my DVDs as well as the cover notes in my wallet, and I love It's just me on the periphery of it all There are crazy organizers you've heard of
5/5

I even color code my socks drawers to be tidy, neat and in order. I knew I had to have this CD/DVD wallet when I saw it was a great opportunity to get rid of our messy shelves filled with DVDs. On a book shelf, there was no way to arrange our growing collection of DVDs, and they were always scattered. However, I was concerned about how to hold the cover information of the DVDs in the little pockets of the With a DVD, I like to see the cover photo and keep the information on the back. Ok, well. With a little imagination, I was able to solve the problem. In addition to trimming (with a paper cutter) the paper covers of the DVDs, I slipped them into the pocket next to them. It is technically possible to put the disc and cover in the same pocket, so I could put more DVDs in my wallet, but I prefer this solution. I prefer one over the other. As a result of how I do it, I only pack 64 DVDs into my wallet, but that is fine with me. In the same wallet, the DVD and the cover can still be put inside and you'll get 128 cards in it. The price is so reasonable that I bought 5 of these wallets already, because I can categorize by genre and because I like the fact that I can categorize by genre. We can also keep these wallets on our bookshelf without much trouble. There is no need to store five wallets in the same amount of space as the DVDs in plastic jackets. It would be great if I could make one improvement on this wallet, and that would be to add a small clear plastic slot on the spine, where I could write what I had in my It might just be me, but that seems rather odd to me I think that could be helpful for others, but I think the organizing powers are at work again. I have attached a photo for you to see how I placed the discs and cover photo with information Rather than pick a specific page, I just picked one at random from the wallet. I love it).

I advise you not to I would not recommend this product to anyone
3/5

I advise you not to Why there are so many positive reviews is beyond me. Perhaps all the different sized companies have the same For my review, I will use the 400-size disc.

Details Generally, the build quality is fine, but how each page is bound together isn't ideal. As opposed to other disc binders where individual pages can compress and expand in a plastic ring/slide, they are bound as a group. With enough patience you can use every last page, but you will not want to. The designers did not get the thickness of the discs right. There is not enough extra fabric to compensate for it. The result is also that it is impossible to browse the pages of the website. The reviewer who posted this also said you cannot close the binder if it's entirely Although it's not impossible, there are some challenges. There is no way you would ever want to go so.

What was the designer's intent? As a music lover, I enjoy listening to all kinds of music
3/5

In my collection, there are about four cd cases that are entirely filled, and I needed one that was larger so that I could put in more cds. Other CD cases I bought from the dollar store were generic cases that cost me about 20 cents. Even though they have lasted a long time, I just ran out of space for those dollar store cases. It was impossible to find any more similar to them, so I chose this Amazon Basics CD Upon receiving the case, I was surprised to find it very durable, but when I opened it up, I found that my cheap dollar store case was superior to the Amazon Basics case. There is a first problem in that when you put up a disc, the disc itself overlaps the plastic above it. What a huge no-no! Wouldn't it have been much harder to have just a tiny bit of space above the CD so that the plastic doesn't overlap the CD? The second problem I discovered was that the CDs themselves fit quite snugly into their The straps are almost too tight. Another question Could it have been so difficult to leave a little room on the side? The fact that they can be so snug makes it quite difficult for me to remove them easily. So I think the friction and force that is applied to pull the disc out will eventually scratch the CD over time. Additionally, I am concerned about the quality and durability of the plastic sleeves themselves, as the sleeves feel quite flimsy to me. I like this case aside from that, though. I think that this case could have been handled so much better overall. Allow a little room at the top for the disc so that it does not overlap the plastic and to not make the disc so tight you can't pull it out easily. Make the sleeves tighter and do not make them so thin. It is not the worst case that I have seen, but Amazon needs to think hard about how this case is designed. How is it possible to find an 8 year old, no brand name dollar store cd case that works just fine but this newer, much more expensive case fails to do the same? It might be true what the old saying goes they don't make 'em like they used to. As a result, I added a couple pictures, so that if Amazon sees how to do it correctly for future designs, they will learn.

BINDER FOR THOSE WHO ARE TALENTED
5/5

What can I say, this thing is huge! It was so hard to get rid of all the dvd cases (OMG IT WAS SO It took us a long time, but we're now adults. I don't think we need the cases with the pictures and inserts and need to maximize space and stuff like that. You should just put all your DVDs in this binder instead of being so worried about the cases. All those cases that we threw in the recycling bin kind of put us in a sad mood. There are two batches of chocolate chip cookies that I made to get us through this week. Thank you for asking. We are doing better now. It is where we keep our DVDs ). That's a great idea, it really saves so much.
