Buying this piece of office equipment was the best decision I ever made. Staring at it is all I can do. There were times when I thought it was broken because it kept turning off, but it turned out it had some kind of surge protection that didn't like the cord that goes to my phone so it turned off in order to prevent the rest of my equipment from being ground-fault damaged.
