I am very pleased with the quality of these ear pads. As well as the instructional video, there is a pamphlet that is very useful. Despite my dissatisfaction with these ear pads, I do have two complaints. First of all, I think it would be more convenient if the adhesive tape had a pull tab and if you didn't have to use a knife to remove it. In addition, you have to figure out how much force to use with whatever blade you choose in order to avoid cutting into the leather, foam, or whatever else you are carving into. Secondly, the original pads that came with the beats are larger In the headphones, there is a small ridge that runs around the circumference of each side.
