There does not seem to be any information online about the precise specs of this unit, so I have posted a picture of the box with the specifications.
As an alternative to buying a new set of component speakers, these proved to be a good deal. bought some OEM tweeters for my Civic for a cheap price, but I did not have a It's good to go! Just toss in a few of these and it's ready! Depending on how flat the surface is, you might be able to mount them with screws or double sided tape. With the help of phillips clamps, all inputs are easily accessible. In fact, the wires that I used to power the tweeter were more than strong enough to accomplish this task.
You can't really complain about them, given the price you pay. The JBL component speakers I have in my car are powered by these. This Audiopipe crossover works well, even if they are not as great as some other crossovers. It's that time of the month when my car BUMPS! The RATING Will Be Based on The Price And The Quality It is EVERYTHING! Although there are probably better ones out there, I doubt there are any better ones. Would $20 be a better deal? I can't think of anything wrong with it.
Due to their affordability, I did not want to surrender the quality of my overpriced 4 channel, so I went with these to get more out of it. I find that these do have a hard time moving my 6 with everything tuned properly Approximately 5 seconds. Because I've run them louder without this crossover, I know they're in their hz range. My best guess is these can't push the sound quality of a comp component but I think for the price they are very good.
The tweeter on one of the focal component speakers was not working when I bought the vehicle. Using this crossover as a replacement for the focal crossover box. I bought this for half the price of a focal one that sounds the same.
When I did a sine sweep, my mid-range speakers went past the four o'clock mark. The product was described as 2Khz, but it actually runs at 2khz. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I am having to start all over.
The input and outputs are very simple, and there is a labeled diagram. A quick check revealed that my tweeters include a crossover, so I did not need them. However, I wired these out of the built-in crossover since I was trying to achieve a look, but the sound quality was still excellent.
