Any VCR will work with this program.
There are some companies who prefer the dry method to avoid causing damage to the unit, but that depends on the model. In my experience, both of them work best when wet, and you have to let them sit for a bit before using them. When you use the dry, you can get about 50 cleanings before discarding, but not so much when using the wet.

Unlike a spinning globe, it does not rotate. Play retains a zero counter once it has been selected. The VCR I own is a Sony, so it would be futile to purchase a less expensive one, considering the Maxell Cleaner I had worked before. I hoped this more expensive one was Then there's no use in arguing with me. As an Amazon seller, I think they should not sell useless products if they want to keep the trust of their customers. It cost us more than $50 to make You could get a nice meal from the Prime Pantry with that, or get half a year of Prime. It is still unknown if Amazon or the supplier will respond. In most cases, I get a reply immediately. There must be some kind of awareness among them, since it's a rip-off.
It was a little scary to think one of my twin Sony VCRs might need to be repaired. I guess I was overdue because I have never had to clean their heads in the years I have owned them! The first time around was a disaster. I had to run the cleaner twice through the VCR, but the second attempt fixed it! This cleaner is a bit pricey, but we no longer live in the VCR era, and you can't clean them the same way you would when you had a cassette deck, It is a DVR I refuse to pay for! You probably should count it as part of the ridiculous price hikes on cable that keep happening year after year.
After inserting the VCR, following the directions, and hitting play, nothing happened. Moreover, the counter does not work indicating that it was playing so we're unsure whether it worked or not. The cost is too high, so just forget about it.
The player I have is a Sony DVD/VCR. There was some jerky tracking in the video, and the picture on the videos would fade in and out, but the sound was great. All you have to do is run this tape cleaner twice for 10 seconds, and you're good to go! You have to wait at least 10 seconds if it doesn't work. You might want to try it again because I had success with it. This product can be used up to 50 times. You don't need to rewind after each use until you reach the end of the report (about 50 cleanings per report).
A very easy to use program. I find the image and sound quality to be excellent after using the software.
It cost 4 dollars for a cleaner that didn't work in this lock down. A return fee of $75 is required for.
I have improved the quality of my pictures!.
This is an effective VCR head cleaner, as I thought it would be. There were a lot of dirt particles on my screen, and this removed most of them. It would be more efficient if the tape was longer so it could clean more areas.
