Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use this in both directions? Will sound travel from a source with L/R RCA output to a receiver with an 1/8 audio input jack?

Cable is, in fact, bi-directional. in the right direction Simply ensure that the 1/8" is an input. Because the 1/8" input is 4-bit, I've seen issues when trying this with camcorder-type devices. It's made to transport analog composite video and audio over a conductor. I hope this has been of assistance.

Is it possible to connect this to an old digital audio system and use it as an aux to connect my phone to the system and play music through the speakers?

It should be compatible with any 1/8 in stereo out. You will, however, require an RCA adapter for whatever Aux you are using. Your system has an input. I hope this has been of assistance.

Is it possible to connect two computer speakers to my computer's audio port with this?

This adapter converts your computer's stereo headphone output (from a CD player, for example) to two mono speaker outputs, one on the left and one on the right. This isn't the device you need if your speakers have a stereo plug. If you have two sets of speakers, each of which has three speakers, you will have a total of nine speakers. 5 mm stereo plugs; in this case, you'll need a male stereo-plug. two- female- stereo 3. I'm using a 5 mm Y cord, and I hope this helps.

Is it possible to connect old speakers with red and black wires to play music from a phone or tablet?

No, if you want to connect the speakers to your phone or tablet directly, you won't be able to do so. Between the two, you'll need an amplifier. This might work if your amplifier/stereo/etc has RCA inputs, but you'll probably need a 1/8" to RCA male y-cable. (RCA connectors on a stereo or amplifier are usually RCA female.)

This is an exceptional value for the money, as well as a great product
5/5

Does exactly what I wanted from a headphone jack to create a stereo split. The sound quality is excellent, though not spectacular; however, it's possible that the problem is with the TV rather than the splitter. I appreciate the prompt delivery and low price; I have no reservations in recommending this item to others.

sockets with a smooth surface My phone, on the other hand, is not doing so well. So I have a Nexus 4 and the headphone jack isn't flat on top as you can see in the photos. Because of the phone's curve on top, this connector is unable to lock and always falls out. My Sennheiser headphones, on the other hand, do not interfere with my phone in any way. So, if you're looking for a phone, I wouldn't recommend it. br>br>However, because the socket is flat, I'm using it for a Sabre U2 DAC and it works fine. The connector is still seated in the socket and has not yet popped out. I use it for car audio RCA cable because the wires are thicker than most connectors. It works perfectly.

For your smart fire tv, you'll need this
5/5

The factory plugs for sterio surround sound will not work unless you have this plug in to connect them to the headphone plugin, so your new fire smart tv isn't as smart as it claims to be.

Nice 3
5/5

For my Hercules Starlight mixer in my home studio, I needed a 5mm to Dual RCA cable. For my newly purchased Starlight Serato DJ controller as a backup, I needed a split cable to get access to my home speakers. I've previously purchased Hosa patch cables and found them to be of excellent quality and value. It's highly suggested!.
