It doesn't work that way.
The charger does not need to be plugged in.
Please accept my apologies, but I only have a Samsung S(S8. Video output is supported by both the ) and Note series. A71 uses USB2 as its Type C interface. It doesn't support video output because it's using the 0 protocol.
If an LG OLED TV is used as a video receiver, no video receiving equipment is required.

At all. It's not worth it, and it's a complete waste of money. Instead of writing a long review, I'll just list a few reasons why this product is terrible. br>- 5gbps- This isn't thunderbolt, and it's barely USB-compliant.
- Connectors of the utmost poor quality. Everything on mine had to be yanked apart even harder than it had to be yanked in to plug in. The MicroSD card sat in the slot, cockeyed/cattywampus, and went unnoticed. Finally, I gave up and plugged it into my USB SD card reader, which I then plugged into a USB port, and it was recognized immediately (SD card readers do not work, at least not with a U3 4K SD card).
- I immediately noticed that the resolution was not what I had hoped for after purchasing a 4K hub. It's true that the number of pixels supported isn't everything. There is a factor of quality to consider. This thing didn't even try to compete with 1080 resolution, so expect a sharp 720ish transmission.
- 30Hz (? ) had forgotten about it (which is probably why my SD card didn't work)br>- 5GBPS- That's half the normal market speed for these items. It's obvious. Both in terms of frames per second and the use of peripheral ports. My USB keyboard and trackpad (from about 5 years ago; this isn't new, cutting-edge technology) were incompatible with my Mac. The lag was only about ten seconds long. Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi, Mississippi yeah. Consider how difficult it would be to use a trackpad with that much lag. br>Even if you only need to connect your USBC device to a TV, I would not buy this device; all you need is an SD card reader and a USBC-compatible device. A USBC cable or an HDMI cable are both acceptable options. Adapter for USB port Instead of doing one thing well for a reasonable price, this thing tries to be an $80 anker adapter for $10 and fails miserably in every way; I'm not even going to try it with my Samsung in Dex mode because I've already unplugged the USB keyboard from my TV. And the trouble isn't worth it. Dex has been on my mind for over a month. That was the worst part of the experience. THIS IS NOT A GOOD ITEM TO BUY.
My SD card is constantly being ejected. I didn't consider that my photos would be destroyed because I chose the wrong card reader, and I didn't consider that my photos would be corrupted as a result. This is incredibly distressing.
It took a long time for my computer to register anything plugged into this hub, and I had to make sure I plugged everything in in the correct order to ensure that everything worked. I had to plug them back in every time I restarted my computer. I exchanged this product for one from a different manufacturer that is incomparably superior.
Do not purchase this device if you intend to use it as an HDMI extension to connect your laptop to a television. I got it today, and the only thing that doesn't work is the HDMI port, which makes it even worse knowing that if I try to return it, I'll have to wait over a month to get a full refund. I'm not sure if I want to keep it at this point.
When using a wireless mouse and keyboard, keep in mind that the USB plug will only work if you are within one foot of it. The SD card plugs have yet to be tested.
It doesn't work in any way. On an iPad Pro 2018, it does not work. I also don't own a printer, so printing it and returning the adapter will be a major hassle!.
I bought this to connect my laptop to a monitor, but the HDMI port was broken. I had to go out and buy a similar one for a few dollars more, but it worked. It's better to spend a few dollars more and get a fully functional one.
I'm not sure how this happened, but the SD card slot on this device is physically too small to accept an SD card. It boggles my mind that this is possible. The product does not appear to be damaged in any way that would make it difficult to insert the card - It's just not right. I've tested several SD cards and found none to be defective, but I can't speak to any of the other features - I bought it for the SD card reader, but it's completely useless.
