Questions & Answers

The Cr-shape would be compatible with this Can you get 10 for ?

There is no way that this will work on the S5. There is a mistake in the answer I previously believed. In the middle bar, there's no place for this to connect. I failed to do what I ought to have done Take a look at the picture, then This is where it connects? *br>The S5 has two rails in the middle with the belt running down the center, whereas the CR10S has a rail in the center with the belt running down the center.

What about the Ender 3 Pro? Will this work?

The Ender 3 Pro does fit, even though it is not mentioned in the description. It was easy to install on my machine, and it worked The only thing to keep in mind is that it will stick out a couple of inches at the front of your Y-shaped mouth Make sure that the printer still fits in the space in which you've placed it if you make changes to the dimensions.

How do I connect this to cr10s pro version 2?

The y axis is in the wrong orientation on those, but it fits on a 40mm wide extrusion. I mounted mine on the 40mm wide side of a 2040 v-slot Alternatively, it could be adapted to 4040 aluminum extrusions. You can mount it on any 40mm wide piece as long as it will catch on the piece.

There's nothing wrong with it, but it's very inexpensive
3/5

Basically it works, but I had to tweak it a little bit to make it work optimally. As a whole, the build quality is not great, but it serves its purpose. Compared to other designs, this one is a bit dull and pretty much designed in a way that reduces the cost to manufacture it to the least amount possible. Because of its free-spinning nature, the tension screw can be difficult to use to tighten since it can never be accessed once the device is To let the tensioner screw push against the bed levelers along the tensioner screw, I added a spring, which pretty much presses down on the frame and allows it to be turned. There was a bit of a challenge getting it assembled since almost everything was threaded down a single long screw and getting everything in the right place was not entirely straightforward.

This tool works, however it needs to be tweaked
4/5

I am happy with the results It must be properly installed after it is downloaded! A tensioner is a chore to assemble because everything is threaded on one bolt, that is quite the hassle It would have been easier if the U-Haul had been available A frame made up of two (or three) parts, as in the "FYSETC X-" This belt tensioner uses synchronized belts to stretch and tighten. It needs to be held during tensioning, as other reviewers have hinted at. The adjustment screw is not secured, so it needs to be held while tensioning. I think it would be much better if the screw was attached to The 10th Standard).

What it's supposed to do, it does
3/5

The problem is. . . . It's a great gadget and I wanted to give it The Y belt tensioning mechanism deserved a star as it does just that, namely providing the means to tension the belt.

Why then 2 stars? Actually. . . It should be mounted in a slot at the top While I am not aware of other printers with this problem, on the Ender 3 Pro it eats away at least 20mm of Y movement even if it is mounted at the very top. **BT *BT TL Do not forget to adjust the weight of your Y bed!.

A little bit of forethought is required, but overall it works well
4/5

As you can see in the photos, the belt tensioner I received was slightly upgraded. In addition to the plastic spacers for aligning the belt wheel to the wheel, it includes plastic spacers of different widths to help you align the belt wheel to the wheel. I used one of each size to align the belt wheel to the wheel perfectly. Depending on your installation approach, you will need to decide whether or not to assemble the tensioner before fitting the printer belt. If you choose to assemble the tensioner before fitting, you will have to remove the belt from the printer and thread it through the loop before installing the printer.

Is exactly how it should be! When I got my printer, it didn't have an electrical cord It can be adjusted in the Y-direction We're tensioners

In a 3D printer, I printed a version that worked fine for about a year, but then it broke, and I was without a There was only one option, and that was to go back to my old job Version that can be adjusted. I hate you! Afterwards I found this gem at Amazon, and put all of my printing on hold until it arrived. I like the way this is made, it's a little tricky to install, but it's great once it's done It works great in this place! It would be nice to have another one if I needed it, but I don't think I'll need one for a long time.

For the rest, we need three more! A belt that can be tightened or loosened by a knob is much easier to use than loosening four bolts and pulling tight then holding it in place while you tighten them all! It is negative because it has a bundle of washers/spacers without a On assembly, it's a case of trial and error

I am very pleased with the It's pretty awesome, well-built, and after wrapping my head around how to install it, it wasn't too difficult
5/5

It does not come with instructions, but common sense is all that is required for installation. it much easier for you to adjust the y axis.

The plugin also works with Ender3 Pro
5/5

As the base frame of the Ender3 Pro is larger than that of the Ender3, I purchased this. There is no hesitation in saying that it works well, and it is also very useful for adjusting the alignment of the belt.
