To run my unit like new, I needed to change out the rollers and pickups

The kit provided everything I needed. The only glitch was a minor one. A real workhorse is my HP LaserJet 4050, a model that has served me well over the years. This kit was ordered as my paper was jamming a lot. My rollers and other parts could be changed by changing out the rollers in this package The pickups were necessary for my unit to run like new again. only one minor issue One of the rollers did not have its pad when it was delivered. The politeest method) & The next day, they sent out a replacement. This is the approach to customer service that should be adopted! This impressed me so much!.

As far as the company is concerned, the printer is near its end of life but by installing this maintenance kit I will be able to save some money instead of buying another printer that does the same job as the old one. It's debatable whether I would waste time on one of the high volume printers but should I not waste time on the 100 pages a week I print on my office printer? This is the perfect solution.
