There is a problem with the roller on tray 2, it keeps jamming, do you have ?

It is not the same as replacing the transfer kit if you have problems with rollers. The rollers on the machine may need to be replaced every so often, depending on how much usage the device receives. It is an IT equipment person in my company who decides what needs to be replaced and when. I do not work on the machines myself this person takes care of all that. Here is what I hope will help.

It does the job as it should. The printer was producing black lines on printouts and copies of documents. The fact that it is so expensive is not great, since it is quite simple.

OEM is not what this is. A transfer kit is all that is contained in the package. In the box, there are no rollers or other parts.
