It's exactly how it appears in the photo. I toss the small roll in the picture and stick the blue starter strip to the printer's take-up area. When the ribbon runs out, I simply remove it from the machine roller. I hope this has been of assistance to you.

Is this ribbon compatible with labels that are made of polyester?

Yes, it will work with polyester labels, but it will not work well with scratch-resistant labels. tenacious This ribbon works best with COATED PAPER, COATED PAPER, ART PAPER, ROUGH PAPER, and SYNTHETIC PAPER.

How many labels can you print with this if you use 4x6" labels?

The dimensions are 2 by 2. I believe the width is 2.52" x 1476' (64mmx450m). For a 4X6" LABEL, 52" is insufficient.

Quite good, but proceed with caution! So, do we believe this is worthwhile? However, while the label printout was satisfactory, the barcode could not be scanned because the thermal ribbon had two small dents

The thermal transfer cannot be properly applied to the label if there is a dent. It's fine if you're just printing text. The barcode, on the other hand, becomes useless if any small portion of it is unclear or not printed. We used it to print shipping labels, but the result was a shipping label with a barcode that couldn't be scanned, rendering the labels useless. We would have lost thousands of dollars in shipping costs and thousands of dollars in product loss if we had shipped them, so be cautious.

At best, it's unreliable, and it's certainly less expensive than the Zebr brand, but you get what you pay for, and this item is no exception

The unspool roll shown in the picture is not included. It's also not made of Resin. Wax only, not the advertised brand. Is it possible for things to get any worse? Fake Fake Fake Fake Fake Fake Fake Fake Fake Fa.
