ribbon that is not wet I ordered two packages of these by accident, but I'm glad I did because one of the ribbons was dry and we couldn't use it so far

There is no difference when the old tape is replaced with the new one. I'd say these are pretty dried up, so I wouldn't recommend buying them.

packaging is a disaster The tape works fine, but the package was not sealed and did not appear to have ever been sealed, implying that the other two rolls had been misplaced along the way
