The item is not Bluetooth-compatible, as you rightly pointed out. There is only an indication of wireless capability in the description.
This was the same issue I had, and the warranty was still valid. Since it was covered by the warranty, I thought they'd send me out a new cover for free so I asked them twice. They never even replied to me. Although I hated their product initially, I still love it so much that I am planning on ordering another one for a new computer I'm creating
In addition to the USB port, this combo has an AV input. There is a USB connector under the mouse which is connected to the laptop via the port, and with that it is able to connect both the mouse and the keyboard. I hope
The keyboard connects to any Bluetooth enabled device, so as long as your device can connect to bluetooth the keyboard works

I am more than pleased with the results. Since the device is rechargeable, it is not necessary to replace batteries every few months. As well, it has a ridiculous amount of battery life! It took me exactly 1 month/30 days to charge the keyboard and mouse to full capacity. (The charging light indicator turns green when both are done charging. Although there is only one cable, you can buy an extra for a little more than $5 online (although, I don't see the point of buying an extra, I just charge them one at a time) and I have not recharged either one They have been in my arsenal for around eight years now On average, I use both devices for 10 hours per day. Once the day is over, I turn them both off with their respective toggle switches. If I walk away for a moment, both devices will go into 'sleep' mode if they are idle and not used for about 10 minutes. All you need to do is type or click the mouse to wake them up. With both the keyboard and mouse, you get a very slim/sleek design which alleviates the pressure I typically experience on my wrists using other keyboards via a flat surface that lets the wrists and arms rest flat As a final point, there was a wide range of "noise" levels while typing. I typed very quietly with my fingertips when I used the keys. The ruckus created by my acrylic tips has been quite the commotion since I got them done! I was surprised to find a clear, rubbery keyboard cover/film in the packaging, as you can see from the pictures. It's not quite what it's supposed to do, but I have discovered that if I leave it on my keyboard while typing, it muffles the loud clicking noises that my acrylic nails made into a low tapping or thumping sounds BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO! The fact that they are so sleek and modern, take up almost no space and don't have cables also gets me tons of compliments when I have them next to my desk. My opinion of this item is excellent, and I would definitely purchase again should the need arise! I just recently discovered my mouse has malfunctioned. ****REVIEW UPDATE***
The mouse has been dead for exactly 2 months and 10 days (from August 18 to October 28, 2019). I love it! I plugged in the mouse to charge when it stopped working in the middle of the workday, and it started working as soon as I turned it on again. It didn't take me long to get there. The only thing I had to deal with was the charging cable on the desktop. At the end of the day, I left it to charge overnight. When I came into work this morning it was fully charged and I can use it wirelessly again! As a side Despite the Keyboard not working, it is still working. This device has not been charged since August. Today is Oct. 29, which is the end of the 18th century. It may be helpful to make another post once the battery eventually dies, just to show how much usage time has elapsed. THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT PURCHASE FOR ME (and I'm a major nitpicker!).
The seller sent me an email and it took several days to get a response, but as soon as they got back to me, they sent After they replied to my email, I received the new set two days later. I love the new set. It works incredibly well. In order to be sure the new set would work, I waited a while before updating this. I use my keyboard and mouse a lot, and they do a good job! Since I use this mouse so much, I put it on the charger every couple of days so it doesn't go out on me in the middle of a task. Overall, the only CON I have with this set is that, when the mouse dies, there is no battery meter to indicate how much power it has left. Although it dies just a few hours after I plug it in, for the price I paid, it has been a good set, and I'll probably get other sets. If you are having problems, offer the sellers a chance to fix it. They were ace in taking care of the issue. My keyboard and mouse are still being used after I have been using it for almost 2 years. As a result of the problem with the first one, and them sending a replacement in a timely manner, I haven't had any problems since then. It is just about time to buy a third set for other computers, since I've bought two so far. They are incredibly easy to carry with a laptop/tablet combo I have. I definitely recommend investing in them! As well, they offer great customer support.
Today, I received your package. In spite of the fact that I'm used to items like IPhones and iPads not coming with paper manuals, I didn't blink an eye when I reached for the box for this and found the same thing. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to get it to work. He tried to figure it out with my friend's college-age son who was visiting from out of town. It didn't work. The last time I saw you was in 2008- This tube will This keyboard does not come with instructions. While going to box it to return it, I decided to look at the Amazon reviews just to make sure somebody had posted how to use the Bluetooth. posted a video under Related Video Shorts (features and details). I thank Steven Perez for his help. The answer is pretty Hold the FN button and the C button at the same time (hint hint, the Bluetooth symbol appears on the key). Once the keyboard pops up on your devices, the keyboard disappears. I hope the information provided here will help others who have the same connection problem as me. This is awesome. Although the keyboard is a little heavier than I would like, I can get used to You should remember, however, that you cannot use the jacket or case to protect your tablet when using this keyboard. The only way it will fit in the slot is that way. If your phone is not protected by a case, it will do the same. Neither this keyboard nor this tablet are ideal if you plan to keep your tablet in a case 100% of the time. Writing novellas takes up most of my time, and I use this keyboard frequently. I keep it in its case when not in use.
Since I've been using this keyboard and mouse for about a month, I'm very happy with it. Having trouble with the arrow keys is my only complaint. It's still a little difficult to use the smaller arrows since I'm used to using much larger keys. However, I don't know how much of this is due to design, and how much is due to me having problems adjusting. Excel is where I do a lot of my work, so the size difference is very apparent for me. The smaller arrows on compact keyboards like this won't bother you if you are accustomed to using them on compact keyboards like this or you don't use them often. *The description states that the keyboard does not have a whisper function There is a lot of quiet, as I can confirm. Compared to normal keyboards, it does not have as much clacking sound, but it is reasonably loud, with more of a pounding noise. Thus far, I haven't had any problems with battery usage. It has been charged a couple of times just for the fun of it, not because it was in need. I have been using it for several hours a day for over a week and have not seen any notice that it needs to be charged.
