These extensions have a great look to them, and the price is unbeatable. My main complaint is that the 24 pin extension I received was initially finicky, requiring a specific position to turn on. It's been a little more than a month, and it's still not working. No dice on a corsair cx750m and a corsair tx850m on separate motherboards; all other cables worked fine; however, I expected these to last longer than a month. Advantages: br>br> The cost, as well as the appearance and feel, are all important considerations. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. Try them out, seriously. br>br>Failure after a short period of time. br>br> I'm in the minority because I haven't seen many reports of failure. They look fantastic and can breathe new life into any computer.

These cables are absolutely stunning. They're incredibly simple to work with and allow for simple bends. I'm not sure what the other reviewers mean by "difficult to shape. " They were, in my opinion, quite good. As you can see, the EPS cable had to be bent quite a bit to fit, but it worked perfectly and required very little fiddling. Another thing to keep in mind is that, unlike other brands at a similar price, these come with pre-installed software. set up a combs made up of pieces That's why I went with these instead of the other brands.

But be warned: they aren't going to last. I ordered these a year ago, on January 4th, 2020, and I started having problems with my PC three weeks ago, with a WHEA_UNSTOPPABLE_ERROR BSOD while playing World of Warcraft (which is basically a catch-all term for World of Warcraft). All of this is to check for possible hardware or driver issues, but Windows has no way of knowing. ) Without going into too much detail, I ran a slew of diagnostics and it wasn't until I came across a program called OCCT, which displayed the voltages, that I realized something wasn't quite right. I was getting around 11 volts from my 12 volt 24 pin motherboard header. 6v. I'm not familiar with GPU voltages, so they could have been off as well, but I deduced that if my graphics card wasn't getting the exact volts it needed at the exact time it needed them, the system would BSOD. And I was absolutely correct. When I removed the extension cables and reran the tests, my mobo stayed at 12 volts, the GPU voltages remained stable, and I was able to play World of Warcraft without any further problems.

I bought two of these PSU Extension Cable kits for my home systems because I wanted something with a little more quality and variety than the full-length cables I'd been using for the past few years. br>br>I was expecting to find them packaged the way they were when they arrived today. I expected them to come in some sort of bag, but they came in a nice box, thin but nice, with additional plastic bags inside the box for the cables and two different cable comb options. br>br>The extensions are comfortable to hold, and the inclusion of handling gloves is nice but probably unnecessary. Furthermore, the gloves are quite small and would be unsuitable for someone with larger hands. None of the ends were broken, and I spent some time tugging on each cable to see how well it was inserted into the ends; only one was slightly loose. The rest held up well, and the pins didn't move all that much. br>br>The cables' colors are vibrant and stand out among the other components of the builds I've used them in. br>br>However, there are a few areas where I'd like to improve. For starters, three cable combs per cable may be sufficient for the CPU and ATX power cables, but for the GPU cables, that is far from enough. Now I was installing SLI GPUs, which necessitated the use of all cables in the system, and as a result, I ran out of combs and had to improvise with some I had on hand. I believe the number is five. A total of six combs per GPU cable would be ideal. In addition, the molding left some flags on the combs that needed to be removed in order for them to look their best. Now, I was under the impression that these cables would come with one-piece combs preinstalled, but they don't, but I can't complain for the price. Furthermore, the included combs grip the cables firmly, making it easier for me to bend them in the desired shape. br>br>Overall, I think these cables were a good investment, and I'm excited to use them in the future. I'm hoping they'll release a dual CPU power kit at some point.

These cables have a lot of color and vibrancy. The cable combs were not pre-installed, which disappointed me. as a result of what some users have reported. I'd had a bad experience with cable combs in the past and was afraid they wouldn't look good, but I was mistaken. The combs were of good quality and came out looking nice, but not good enough to take away a star. You will not be disappointed if you buy these instead of the more expensive cable mod versions.
