Selected User Reviews For TUL Discbound Notebook Expansion Discs, 12 Pack, Limited Edition (Pink Leopard Lucite, 1.5" Disc)
Well, they're TUL, so they're perfect; they're just a tad big. I attribute my inability to judge size and determine what I'll require based on quoted measurements to men's tendency to exaggerate over time. Thank you very much for your help, gentlemen!.
For what I require, these are adequate. Keep in mind that the discs are made of plastic rather than metal. They're still holding up after binding together 300 sheets of paper. In contrast to a more neutral champagne, the color is a very pinky rose gold. They're not made of metal, which is a disappointment. They continue to meet my needs and are attractive.
I'd use them on a daily basis. br>br>I went to change out my TUL (SAME BRAND) notebook. Only four out of eleven discs were found to be in proper working order. They either wouldn't spin all the way, were too tight to spin at all, or didn't fit at all! Take a look at the image on the right. br>br>In the third photograph, I attempted to get the light to reflect just right so that you could see the uneven surface just inside the groove where the pages grip the disc. I'm in a terrible mood right now.
It works well, looks good, and I found it for a third of the Amazon seller's price at Office Depot. I'm very disappointed.
This is the perfect size to replace my leather TUL notebook.
These are designed specifically for the TUL binder and perform better than the generic brand, as papers and dividers do not become stuck when attempting to flip to a different section, as they do with the generic.
The discs are extremely simple to use. The color is a perfect match for my disc-bound notebook.
The plastic discs themselves were fine; there was nothing wrong with them, but they were not pink as described. They are purple, as you can see from the photo, and they don't go with my bright pink binder cover. I'm going to return them and replace them with something that is actually pink.
