I like how it matches my desk (which is why I bought it), but it's poorly made. I took it out of the box, and I can already tell it's going to need some wood glue to keep the edges from falling off any time soon. It's shoddy work where the two pieces come together. However, it is very light. And if you don't look too closely, it's quite lovely.
It's both attractive and durable. The legs that can be adjusted are extremely useful. However, it did the same thing to my mother's leather couch, so I wouldn't put it on a couch or similar surface again.
" Although this is a good product, it did arrive with a chipped corner, as many other reviews have stated. I like the product, but the quality isn't great. The legs are adjustable; they're a little difficult to adjust, but that's fine.
My MacBook Pro is a 2019 16-inch model with an Intel Core i9 processor. It has a high temperature. That'll do it. It also has a nice appearance to it. I haven't experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The drawer functions properly, is securely fastened, slides smoothly, and is level. The foot that allows you to adjust the angle was not broken and appears to be in good working order, and the legs fully extend and lock, and they are level. br>The only issue I see is that I use my laptop in the middle of the desk, which puts the lip on the moveable part in an awkward position for me, but I can't really deduct points for how I use it.
I'm not sure if it was just mine, but the parts that keep the drawer in place weren't all the way screwed in, and there was a piece of wood in the way of it fitting in, so I had to super glue it together to keep the drawer in place.
The left side has a lot of flexibility for adjusting the angle, while the right side can hold a few writing or art tools. I like the bar at the bottom of the adjustable side that keeps papers and books from slipping. Drawing, writing, and reading are all possible with this material. The textured wood finish is well worth the extra money.
Legs that can be adjusted in height. The stylist, phone, and pen/pencil are kept in a side drawer. One side is elevated and adjusts to any height you want with a small edge to keep it from sliding off, while the other side remains flat. On one side, it's ideal for a laptop, while on the other, it's ideal for a book or notepad. The top is made of beautiful wood.
I found this to be the most stylish laptop desk I could find, and I'm very pleased with it. If desired, the black center bar can be removed, and the legs can be raised to a higher position to work around those pesky zoom angles. I wish I'd had this years ago, but it's particularly useful now. My boyfriend recently fractured his tibia and fibula, so he's bedridden in our bedroom, which also happens to be the location of my pandemic office. Now that I have this desk, I can work from the comfort of our couch. It comes highly recommended!.
