Upon taking the item to a totally different repair shop on Sunday, they suggested that we return the item since long term it will cost more to fix and because it was something they didn't want to compromise in case it caused further As much as I love this watch, unfortunately I will have to return it for a complete refund, I gave it a 5 out of 10 I gave this watch two stars because it was perfectly packaged, brand new with tags, and came with the original box and packaging from Michael Kors. Some people wonder if it was real, but it was just my bad luck to get I missed it, and this picture was taken right after I got it - I was too excited to notice.
